Perla Neamțului — Hotel in Vânători-Neamț

Although the pension is beautiful and clean, located in a quiet area with beautiful scenery, we will not return here and we will not recommend anyone else. Rooms ok, clean linen, heat, soap and shower gel in the bathroom, nothing to complain about. The boy at the reception / waiter does not know how to answer to good morning, goodbye or thank you. Visibly irritated when I bothered him from smoke break so I could check out. I recommend a change of profession, the one in this field does not suit him ...||What was very annoying is the bill paid at the restaurant. Cream and a few slices of bread were brought to the table, without being requested. Everyone at the table assumed that they were included in the price of the soup and because I consumed them, I didn't say anything when I saw them on the bill. But also on the bill appeared 4 hot peppers that I did NOT ask for and they NEVER reached the table and we were charged for 21 !!! of slices of bread in the conditions in which we were 4 people and in that bowl in which bread came there are not even 10 slices ... At what reviews we read, we do not expect to have such "Romanianisms".||The food that is so praised is actually very dubious. Half of what appeared on the menu was not actually available. The Radauti soup looked like a thin bowl of water, with some hard and gummy chicken strips as if from the chicken left 3 days ago. The pancakes with cheese had no sugar at all, the pork neck was opinca, the lava cake is actually a chocolate muffin, no trace of lava ... We waited more than 20 minutes for them to come and give us the menus, the food came one by one and for this reason each diner ate separately then we waited another 20 minutes for the bill to come and then another 10 minutes so we could pay it. And because no one bothered to bring us a POS, we had to pay at the reception. At the next table a larger group complained about the same dishes brought without being asked and the long waiting time for a trivial neck with french fries.||Too bad the location and luck that you can eat elsewhere in Tg Neamt, with less money and 10...

This facility is well maintained and clean. The room was very clean and modern.||The food at dinner was good and they were very flexible to serve us dinner despite us arriving late. We just called and they had the chef stay later. The staff was great.||We had the apartment since we were a day with two kids. ||The room was nice, except some basic annoyances that I would recommend you fix to make this a really great place. Again this place can be great, but this little things prevented that for us.||- There are not enough power plugs in the rooms. For instance the fridge cannot be put on unless the TV is taken out. Put a few cheap power bars with extra plugs and problem is solved.|- There are no night lamps, nor plugs again by the head bed... this was really anoying since the only way to have light was from the ceiling light. This bothered my wife who wanted to sleep since obviously was very bright, so I could not read in the night.|- The light in the hall in the apartment is sensor controlled, cannot be put on manually and is too short set for 10 seconds only. It was going on and off all the time while we were moving in the rooms with the doors closed.... very annoying.||Without these inconveniences this place would be a 4-5 stars.||Location is good very close to the monastery.||Good...

Desi pensiunea este frumoasa si curata, situata intr-o zona linistita cu peisaj superb, noi nu ne vom mai intoarce aici si nici nu vom recomanda altcuiva. Camerele ok, lenjerie curata, caldura, sapun si gel de dus la baie, nimic de reprosat. Baiatul de la receptie/ospatarul nu stie sa raspuna la buna ziua, la revedere sau la multumesc. Vizibil iritat cand l-am deranjat de la fumat pentru a putea face check out-ul. II recomand o schimbare de meserie, cea din domeniul acesta nu i se potriveste... Ce a fost foarte deranjant e nota de plata incarcata la restaurant. Au fost aduse la masa smantana si cateva felii de paine, fara a fi cerute. Toti de la masa am presupus ca erau incluse in pretul ciorbei si pentru ca am si consumat din ele, nu am zis nimic cand le-am vazut pe nota de plata. Dar tot pe nota de plata au aparut 4 ardei iuti pe care NU i-am cerut si nici NU au ajuns pe masa niciodata si am fost taxati pentru 21!!! de felii de paine in conditiile in care am fost 4 persoane iar in bolul ala in care a venit paine nu incap nici 10 felii...La ce review-uri am citit, nu ne asteptam sa avem parte de asa "romanisme". Mancarea care e asa laudata, este de fapt foarte dubioasa. Jumatate din ce aparea pe meniu de fapt nu era disponibil. Ciorba radauteana parea o ciulama subtiata cu apa, cu niste fasii de pui tari si gumoase parca din puiul ramas de acum 3 zile. Clatitele cu branza nu aveau zahar deloc, ceafa de porc era opinca, lava cake-ul e de fapt o briosa cu ciocolata, nici urma de lava...Am asteptat mai bine de 20 de minute sa vina sa ne dea meniurile, mancarea a venit pe rand si din acest motiv fiecare mesean a mancat separat apoi am mai asteptat 20 de minute sa vina nota de plata si apoi inca 10 minute sa o putem plati. Iar pentru ca nimeni nu s-a deranjat sa ne aduca un POS, a trebuit sa mergem sa platim noi la receptie. La masa de alaturi un grup mai mare se plangea la fel de feluri de mancare aduse fara sa fie cerute si de timpul mare de asteptare pentru o banala ceafa cu cartofi prajiti. Pacat de locatie si noroc ca se poate manca in alta parte in Tg Neamt, cu bani mai putini si de 10...
