We were delighted with the ultra-traditional bedroom in the beautiful cottage. The bathroom and kitchen could do with some freshening up if they want to up their game to the boutique level, but the facilities are functional for a reasonable price. They need to provide more and larger cooking pots and more utensils. ||The best thing about this establishment is the beautiful grounds and deep rural setting. The village is friendly and laidback. Lambs frolic and turkeys strut; cats and dogs laze around waiting to be cuddled and fed some scraps. The church bell tolls parishioners to mass which is then sung throughout the valley on loud speakers. There's a large fishing pond next to a patio kitchen and covered dining area. ||Important: Make sure to establish contact with the manager to schedule your arrival. We didn't and there was no one there to open the gate. After calling to the neighbors who were gardening next door, we were led to the house of the proprietress's mother up the road. Pensiunea Ioana - Maramureș Pro : locația se situează intr.o zona liniștita cu peisaje frumoase, curte îngrijită, căței din curte sunt adorabili și foarte cuminti exista 2 case in curte ( camerele in casa cea noua sunt mai mari și mai îngrijite ) exista un mic iaz cu pești, pomi fructiferi, flori - toate cu bun gust locație pet friendly, nu percepe taxe în plus pentru blănoși se încearcă multumirea tuturor clienților în limita posibilităților Contra : in casa veche există un apartament cu 2 camere după cum reiese din poze..in realitate sunt 2 camere foarte mici una lângă alta cu un hol ( holul de pe etaj deoarece apartamentul nu arată cum se vede in tot etajul ) cu baie comuna, bonus o scară ce nu o recomand persoanelor mai corpolente asemeni mie deoarece la coborâre scara deși este îngustă și nu pare sigura ( una solida ar fi stricat aspectul și ar fi presupus costuri mai mari ) are ultimele trepte foarte dificil de nimerit nu recomand așa zisul apartament deoarece nesiguranța scării este considerată o pretentie și se ataca doamna proprietara, siguranța este un moft și nu o necesitate nu ?! la camera 6 ușa se închide cu dificultate, apa miroase a hazna ( nu contează dacă este calda sau rece ) este într.o zona liniștita, atât de liniștită de aici nu exista rețea mobilă. Telefonul se poate folosi doar cu internetul wireless oferit la cazare, internetul se mișcă în funcție de câți oameni îl folosesc simultan pensiunea nu este situata in Vadu Izei - se afla in satul Valea Stejarului ce este situat imediat cum se termină Vadu Izei, semnul de mers este unul singur( cu atenție nu se produc incidente) nu exista magazine in zona pentru alimente,...
