Before starting i must tell y'all that we went there to visit the area and to get some rest.|It was awful,i can't even find my words to describe this absolute scam.|I will start with the beginning, when we arrived we had to wait all by our selves the staff that came to great us after like 15 minutes. |The rooms aren't cleaned, there was a stain of ice cream next to the tv .The tv was the ONLY object in the room witch had access to a functional outlet.The two night lamps weren't plugged in anything,the second outlet in the room being 3 meters far away from them.|There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, fact that haven't let me shower .The bath tub that was covered in tartar and dirt.horrible.|The towels were also dirty, one of them had a hole.|There was some water in the carpet and whenever i stepped on it it bounced, relieving a horrible smell.|The staff didn't gave us access to functional internet connection, in the building not being a paper with the password.|The food is way expensive and tastes cheaply .|The waitress wasn't dressed properly, having a dirty shirt.|When i entered the bathroom there was water on the floor.And there were a lot of stanis , everywhere!|Our stay was not good, definitely not...

The location is beautiful & a big attraction are the deers and llamas, but go there for some pictures and then leave.
Service of the restaurant is horrible, we had dinner and breakfast the next day. At dinner we waited 30â for menus (eventually we went and got them ourselves), then 30â for drinks and then for food, while waiving desperately for the waiters. Mind the fact that there were 2 waiters & only 4 tables, so not crowded. & to top it off, when the food arrived, it was not what I ordered + it was cold. At breakfast they got the order right & the coffee came faster (different staff), but for food we still waited more than 1h.
On the rooms, they are small & nice, but the shower is leaking so the bathroom floor is full of water (full, full). Second, you can hear from one room to another & if youâre lucky like us & have a bunch of kids in the room above.. itâs gonna take a while to sleep. & in the morning, it wasnât even 9am and the music from the terrace started (below our room). So sleeping in on your holiday? Nope.
We actually needed to stay one extra night and we opted to go somewhere else, which is what I recommend to anyone interested in...

Poiana Izvoarelor remains the most elitist guesthouse in Dorna Valley. We have been coming here since the its opening and before we had children. The view is breathtaking! No hotel in the area can compare from this point of view. The accommodation is very good, despite the passing of time. When we were only two, our favorite room was 21 with the full view of the Valley. Since we come with children, we rent the apartment or the room above the pool. The restaurant was the best in the area, a luxury for its time. It underwent transformations in the sense of folding on the existing demand. Still, here you can find the best trout from Dorna and the best sturgeons, the owner having farms to grow them. ||||They are always fresh and you can admire them in the pools in front of the guesthouse.
