Hanul Haiducilor Obarsia Lotrului — Hotel in Voineasa

The hotel is beautiful, very traditional decorations and extremely clean. When it comes to the restaurant however, we were very disappointed. We ordered beans and a pork hock and the beans were uncooked and hard when brought to us. The pork hock was tasteless and had no salt. The chocolate Crepe we ordered as a desert was microwaved and barely warm when brought over. It was obvious that it wasn't fresh as it was brought to our table 1 minute after we ordered. The waitresses were rude and they spent most of their time outside smoking, and purchasing cigarettes from a man outside. They were not attentive to our needs and never checked up on us. In fact, all the waitresses seemed to be mad that we were at the restaurant, as we were disrupting their ability to smoke and sit outside. I've travelled to many countries and this had to be the worst service I have ever received. One week ago we went to Obasria Lotrului. As a heavy and cold rain started we want to have lunch here. We entered, not having been invited to a table, and we sit at one without a reservation. After that, a waiter came and moved us to another table near the reception hall where cold air was coming from and as a nearby table was free, we moved there. Food way sub standard. We got tasteless uncooked beans and after some dispute with the waitress they been replaced with cabbage. Very rude and unprofessional waitresses.
