Hotel Royal — Hotel in Zalău

We are in Zalau for business. We actualy want to stay in other hotel but after we enter in Zalau we search a little bit on TripAdvisor and found this hotel near Zalau entrance.||We arrive in front of the hotel and the general impression was...its Ok but...when we enter... WOW.||It's rated 3 stars but I'll give it 4 stars in an instant.||All the hotel it's very elegant. Everything including furniture, carpets it's new and looks like a luxury hotel.||Room it's extremly clean, big bathroom, medium size room and huge bed :D||All this for only...26$ :)||Amazing deal. Although the exterior of the hotel and the lobby look good, the rooms and finishes are very low quality. From the old TV to soft, saggy mattresses with linen that was too small and snapped off at the corners, no blinds on the loft window and loud, banging music until after 11 pm coming from the downstairs terrace. Because there were no blinds, sunlight poured in from around 5 am, making it impossible to sleep. Also, there was no AC in the rooms we had. Overall, a disappointing experience, would not...

At first sight it all looked ok.... but after 3h of sleep we woke up because our skin was itching!!!! And when we checked the bed it was infested with bed bugs !! This was unacceptable we left immediately and got out money back , but the damage was done already ! We had a severe reaction and had to go to emergency and pump our body with antibiotics ! I am only posting this to make others aware and dont have the same outcome as ours! And I really hope they will do something...
