Oras Zlatna — Hotel in Zlatna

Am rezervat o camera pentru 2 nopti. Cand am ajuns acolo am constatat ca aspectul camerelor este diferit de imaginile de pe internet. Camera nu era curata in ciuda pandemiei Covid19. Era multa mizerie pe la colturile peretilor si in special sub pat. Ingrijitorul a ascuns toata mizeria sub pat. Podelele nu erau nici ele pe deplin curate. De asemenea, mobilierul si celelalte obiecte din camera nu erau curatate corespunzator. A trebuit sa folosim lenjeria de pat proprie pentru a evita sa atingem patul. Baia avea un miros dezgustator si un aspect deplorabil. Mi-a amintit de uratenia, mizeria si nepasarea comuniste.

A doua zi am solicitat banii pentru a doua noapte pe care i-am primit in final. I-am aratat receptionistei problemele din camera, dar ea a insistat ca totul este in regula. Ne-a ignorat complet. In final, ne-a spus foarte nepasatoare "Totul este in regula, pentru 100 de lei camera arata perfect" chiar daca i-am explicat ca o camera de 100 de lei inseamna mai putine dotari si in niciun caz mai putina curatenie. Ulterior am aflat ca receptionista era si ingrijitoare...

Nu recomand acest hotel!

I booked a room for 2 nights. When I arrived there I found out that the pictures on the internet did non match at all the reality. The room was not clean despite Covid19 Pandemy... It was a lot of dirt at the corners of the wall and especially under the bed! The caretaker hid all the dirt under the bed. The floor was not very clean as well. All the objects in the room were not properly cleaned. We had to cover the bed with our home bed sheets in order to avoid making contact with the bed. The bathroom was stincky and deplorable. It reminded me the communist carelessness, ugliness and uncleanness.

The next day we requested the money for the second night and we received them finally. We showed the receptionist the flaws in the room, but she insisted that everything was in order. She completely ignored us. In the end, she said rudely "Everything is just fine, for 100 lei the room looks perfect" even though I told her that a low price room means fewer facilities and under no circumstances less cleanness. Afterwards I was told that the receptionist's job was also to clean and prepare the rooms for the guests...

Definitely not...

I've stayed here for one night. Got there late and left early next morning (it was just a stop on the way to some other city). Bród, skrzypiące i połamane łóżko, brudne balkony przez gniazda jaskółek które są w każdym oknie, latające luźne gniazdka prądowe, nie można podłączyć lodówki i telewizora do prądu bez przesuwania ich bliżej gniazdka, zagrzybiała toaleta, połamane płytki w łazience, stęchły zapach, brudna podłoga, bród pod łóżkiem, brudne ściany, hałas za oknem przez basen publiczny. Potwierdzam opinię innego gościa że pilot tv nadal jest brudny… Obiekt w tych czasach nie powinien istnieć, a przynajmniej nie...
