Bielmann — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I have been here for the 4th time because previously I liked a lot the experience but this time definitely not.We will not come back some time from now on. Everything was wrong since the moment we arrived. Eventhough we booked 3 rooms since March and we specified what rooms we would like to have and we got the confirmation for them, we had the surprise to receive other rooms with no regrets and effort to make us happy from the receptionist.The bathroom in one of the rooms was terrible, the drain from the shower was not functional and was impossible to be repaired for 5 days so we made shower by flooding the entire bath.The same problem with the sliding doors from the shower cab, they were not closing and all water was on the floor. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:30 to 10:30 but around 9:20 you couldn’t find almost anything, no bread, no milk, no vegetables.When we asked the staff about food they said that breakfast started 7:30 and...

Stayed over a weekend in June with my wife and 11-year old son. WOW! From the minute you walk in, you are showered with hospitality. In particular, Sebastian was amazing! What a great guy. Allowed us to try traditional Romanian dishes which was a nice gesture. The menu at the restaurant is quite large so it will work for any person. Our son loved swimming in the pool, playing football and sitting in the hot tub. We just enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle for a few days. We had perfect weather and sat outside quite late on Saturday night around a fire. All in all, great experience and a short 15-20 minute drive to the centre of Brasov. Reasonable pricing for rooms and dining. Would definitely come back! In fact, while I'm working in Brasov, my wife and son actually went back for lunch! Don't think twice, book this place, it's truly a hidden gem with great people...

First of all, the entrance in the hotel and the street do not show that much, but do not make the mistake not to enter ! Inside is a great garden with plants, tables in the garden, very very nice people. All looks like a family business with people working there behaving as they are all aiming for the best of the guest. I would call this more a boutique hotel, rooms are not the same , they are in different buildings with different entrances, some directly from the yard, some from an outside balcony, some from inside in the main building. In our room we had also a wood fireplace, too bad was summer...Good food, good breakfast. Easy to get in the town by care. Recommended, we would go...
