Hotel Astra — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

The room price was 250 lei (30th December) and then the next day for the same room it jumped up to 350 lei (31st December). I'm giving this hotel a 1 star because, we were sent to wrong room with 3 beds instead of 2 (then we moved to the right one). then first night we spent here we took a shower and it flooded half the room. Then the heater wasn't working for the whole first night so my friend sleeping was freezing and had to wear all his clothes with a blanket and was still cold and it gets to 1°-0° in Brasov. He didn't have a good sleep. Then when we woke up then the heater started to work (it was because the nob on the heater was not there). After we were sent to a different room that we expected to be better but it had the exact same problem. The shower flooded the whole bathroom and the heater wasn't working at all. Honestly this is the worst hotel...

Shower blocked, waters not hot, room is too hot, LOADS of mosquitoes, no AC, no Hairdryer, no bottled water, no shampoo, no hand towel, no change of towels/ room clean on several booked days and SUPER LOUD. No control of asking people to keep quiet in corridors so you are woken up every 5 minutes!! Really disappointed... it's just a bed (noisy because if you move it'll creek loudly). Bed, yet can't sleep because...

Pereții foarte subțiri!!!! Doamna bruneta, tunsa scurt de la recepție, foarte neprietenoasa si neprimitoare! Profitând de cartela care deschide toate ușile hotelului intra chiar si noaptea peste noi in camere sa vadă ce facem si luandu se de noi ca facem gălăgie si ca din cauza noastră a plecat o doamna acasa cu copilul in brațe, deși in camera era liniște si nimeni nu zicea sau făcea nimic (menționez ca eram intr o excursie cu școala). Doamna a luat o din camera in camera cu exact aceeași poveste chiar dacă erau persoane care dormeau. Tin sa menționez si faptul ca la ora 05:30 dimineața, a intrat din camera in camera sa vadă ce facem, dacă este fiecare la locul lui. Cât despre hotel, curat, aranjat si toate...
