Out of 37 countries I travelled so far, this is the worst hotel experienced I have ever encountered. There was no one in the front desk and when the guy finally came, you have to ask yourself about almost everything because they will not tell you the details like what time is the breakfast, where to have one etc… The room is filled with insects so be prepared to be awaken by crawling spider. The shower head is not working and you have to be careful on the floor or you might have wound on your toes. No one cleaned our room even if you put the sign. We were out the whole day and back at 4pm. Room was not cleaned. So I just asked for new towels and it took me 3 people to talk to and show frustrations before they act. And when they do clean the room, it’s just basically removing the trash and giving new towels. I had to ask for toilet paper because it was not refilled. Breakfast is not spectacular at all and there’s a poop smell while you’re eating. And the customer service? The only two people who showed us smiles are the jolly woman and the other guy who served us the dinner. The rest were either grumpy or arrogant like that one Nepali guy in the resto. He served us the drinks with just the bottles. No glass, no straw. The food? 1 out of 10! A salad with lots of lettuce, 5 pcs of sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and dried, hard meat. And you have to wait for half an hour for that. You can hardly taste the alcohol in cocktails. The lamb chops were the size of a 50cent coin. It’s pity because the place is beautiful but it’s only their facade. When you’re there, frustrations and disappointments were waiting.
Edit after the owner’s response: Thank you for replying, but I must firmly disagree with several claims made in your response. I find it disappointing that instead of acknowledging genuine concerns, your reply to my experience were “exaggerated” and “inaccurate” Room service & toilet paper: On our second day, I had to personally search for the staff member who had just cleaned our room because there was absolutely no toilet paper left. He had already moved on to another room. And no — there was no manager present after the room was cleaned, contrary to your claim.
Pool incident — completely fabricated: I never raised any complaint about the pool, nor did anyone in my group. Your statement — “access was restricted due to a visible skin condition” — is both confusing and offensive. What are you referring to? No such incident occurred, and none of us were ever told anything of the sort. If this message was intended for someone else, it certainly doesn’t belong in response to my review.
Towels and front desk experience: When I saw our room hadn’t been cleaned, I calmly asked the receptionist for fresh towels. No one came. I rang the bell multiple times, and only when another guest arrived did someone show up. Shockingly, despite me being first, the receptionist served the other guest first — in our presence. When I finally tried to explain my concern, someone (whom I assume was the manager) turned to me and said “What is your problem?” instead of something remotely professional like “How can I help you?” That kind of behavior reflects extremely poor customer service and a dismissive attitude toward guests.
Drinks and glasses: If there were glasses or straws already provided, why would I have to ask for them? Your justification here simply doesn’t make sense.
Food complaints: I’m clearly not the only guest who found issues with the food. Others have shared similar feedback — which says plenty on its own.
Accusation of exaggeration: It’s frankly insulting to suggest that my review was “exaggerated.” Everything I wrote reflects exactly what we experienced — nothing more, nothing less. You are entitled to your opinion, but dismissing a guest’s honest feedback as an exaggeration is highly unprofessional and invalidates your customers’ voices.
Instead of gaslighting guests for sharing inconvenient truths, consider listening and improving. That’s what hospitality is supposed...
Read moreOut of the 37 countries I’ve visited, this hotel ranks as one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was riddled with poor service, lack of basic hospitality, and overall neglect.||Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When someone eventually showed up, we had to ask for every single detail — nothing was explained, not even simple things like breakfast time or location. The room itself was full of insects; I was literally awakened by a spider crawling on me. The shower head was broken, and the bathroom floor was so poorly maintained it felt unsafe to walk barefoot.||Housekeeping was nonexistent. Even after hanging the “please clean the room” sign and being out all day, we returned at 4 PM to find it untouched. Requesting fresh towels became a frustrating ordeal — I had to speak to three different people before someone finally responded. When the room was eventually “cleaned,” it consisted only of emptying the trash and replacing towels. Toilet paper wasn’t even restocked — I had to request it separately.||Breakfast was disappointing and served in an area that reeked of sewage. The food was underwhelming at best. Cocktails were watered down, lacking any real alcohol, and the lamb chops were laughably tiny — smaller than a 50-cent coin. My salad consisted mostly of lettuce, with a few slices of cucumber, tomato, and some dry, hard meat. It took over 30 minutes to arrive.||Customer service was inconsistent. Only two staff members — a cheerful woman and a kind man who served us dinner — showed any warmth. The rest were cold, indifferent, or downright rude. One server, a Nepali man in the restaurant, brought our drinks without glasses or straws and made no effort to assist further.||It’s a shame, because the location itself is beautiful. But behind the façade lies a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — it’s simply not...
Read moreAfter an exhausting week at work, I was desperately looking forward to some peace and relaxation. This hotel promised just that . but what I got instead was one of the worst nights of my life. From the moment we checked in, it seemed fine… but then came the nightmare. The music. The relentless, pounding, soul-crushing music that went on until 3 A.M. Nonstop thumping tuts-tuts-tuts so loud it felt like the walls were shaking. I couldn’t even stay in my room without feeling like my head was going to explode. And here’s the part that breaks my heart: I brought my elderly parents with me for what was supposed to be a calm, pleasant stay. I wanted make a nice gift for them. In the end this loud music felt like torture, especially for my mom who had heat conditions. And I gotten a headache. Not just from music but also because I was worried for my parents.
We tried complaining - not once, but three times - to the manager. And do you know what happened? They ignored us. Completely. As if our suffering didn’t matter at all. This was supposed to be a getaway. Instead, it was a nightmare I will never forget. So, if you want a calm resort family stay - STAY AWAY from this place. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
If you’re looking for a party and non stop music you can come here. Rooms are nice, decoration stylish, swimming pool is spacious and sun beds are comfy. Room didn’t have AC though and sun beds on the balcony were a bit dirty.
Location is nice but a bit remote, you need a car to stay there
Upd: we left the hotel on the next morning without staying for the second night we booked. Hotel promised to give us refund, but we haven’t gotten it so far. Maybe because we booked it via Booking and problem is on their side.
Upd: we got our refund. It’s good that hotel was cooperative, I am...
