Pensiunea Caraiman — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I'm travelling for leisure and business for a bit more than 25 years, I've seen places on 5 continents, I stayed in hundreds of hotels, motels, guest houses, ... you name it. |This year in October I found the worst ever... And before you ask why we stayed , simple we dropped the luggage in the room and had a cold beer since we arrived after about 8 hours of travel altogether. If we've waited another 5 minutes to open a beer , this review would not have been written. |So to start with the beginning - a hint that something may go south ... if I knew. So like 3 days before getting to the accommodation I got a phone from the property that even that I've booked on-line and I got a confirmation, they are sorry but they've got an event and they can offer me a bungalow with 3 separate rooms ( since we were 3) for an even better price than what I've booked, what I need to do is to cancel the original reservation. |Ok, so far so good - we've got there , we've done the check in , at the reception a very friendly chap - got to the bungalow from the first room opened 2 others, 1 single bathroom - ok we are 3 guys we'll manage. Price was cheap... alright , after 8 hours of travel , lets open a cold 1 have a smoke outside, order some food. |Than we slowly discovered, the sheets , although clean were pulled over the dirtiest mattresses I've seen, the pillow were smelling - I wrapped 1 into the towels - thanks God those were clean, and than once more into my own towel so I could somehow sleep. At least the TV was working , and the Wi-fi signal was OK - but we just needed a clean bad and a clean shower after the long drive. |Walls were dirty, carpet , floor .. you name it - was dirty. |Bathroom - none of us had the courage to take a shower - and we are not easily scarred.|Bathroom ... well, what can I say, we washed our hands after using the toilet... that was it... |Overall, the worst experience I ever, had when it comes down to accommodation,...

Everything is dirty.!|The bedsheets were not changed, the pillows smelled very bad, I used our own towels to cover the pillows because it was disgusting to sleep on the bedsheets previously used.|The towels we found in the closet were dirty also. At the reception which is supposed to be 24h open I didn’t find anyone to ask for clean bedsheets. We arrive late, the owner opened the door, gave us the key and he vanished.|The bathroom looks really bad, you barely wanna use the sink to wash your hands. Worst experience ever.|Further more, the owner called and insulted us, saying thar we are losers, just because we added a review on Google saying the dirty and awful place and experience...

Am închiriat toată locația inclusiv curtea pentru o petrecere privată. Mobilier învechit , lenjerii peticite , prosoape învechite , miros intens de umezeala , dușuri care inundau baia Propietarul s-a comportat ca un câine de paza deranjând invitații cu motive prostestești, acesta știind pentru ce a închiriat locația . Am plătit pentru două nopți dar invitații au preferat sa părăsească locația pentru ca erau agresații verbal de către proprietar chiar și pentru ca foloseau prea des toaleta !!!! De evitat !! NU RECOMAND !!!!!!!👎👎 Pozele nu reflectă realitatea , am găsit Leopardul … ☹️
