Pensiunea Puiu Popa — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

We stayed 3 days in an apartment.

The first day we arrived at 9pm and there was no heat in the apartment ( 2 floors with 2 beds) we reserved. We called the hotel and they told us they just turned the heat on.

The upstairs room did not have a working heater and downstairs, the two existing ones, one was cold and the other barely warm. We slept with hats on.

The second day the downstairs heaters were hot, so they did not turn the heat on the first day.

Am făcut rezervare pe Booking, mi s-a confirmat rezervarea. Ajung la locație, sun de mai multe ori pe nr lăsat pe Booking sa anunț ca am ajuns dar nu răspunde nimeni ( becurile toate erau stinse si ușile blocate, semn ca probabil nu e nimeni acolo). Găsesc un alt nr al Pensiunii Puiu Popa -pe pagina lor de Facebook-sun si acolo,răspunde un domn , îl întreb dacă este de la pensiunea respectiva ,spune ca da,dar nu mai are locuri si închide apelul. Sun din nou și spun ca am rezervare făcută( dau detaliile rezervarii) si ca am ajuns in fața pensiunii, acesta spune ca ,,bine" si inchide din nou ; astept gândindu-mă că a închis pentru ca vine sa imi deschidă, aștept minute bune ,insa nimic. Sun iarăși si întreb pe unde sa intru și mi se închide din nou apelul . După care nu a mai răspuns deloc...

Die Pension war soweit in Ordnung. Die für mich wichtigsten Grundsätze wurden erfüllt. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer war sauber. Ich hatte noch einen Kühlschrank, was die Tage erleichterte. Während meiner Anwesenheit war scheinbar kein Hotelbetrueb. Es gab keinen Service bzgl Frühstück etc.. Haben uns im Ort die notwendigen Mittel beschafft um entsprechend zu essen. Die Erreichbarkeit des Inhabers war problematisch, da die angeschlagene Telefonnummer nicht stimmte. Nachdem wir den Kontakt über Umwege bekamen war es ok....
