Pensiunea Unio — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

The location doesn't have yard at all, kids have to stay inside. ||The employees hurried us up if we want to order something to eat when we came telling us they were working for the last 14 hours. ||When a friend wanted to pay for the dinner they tried to get money in advance for 2 nights of accomodation also. ||In one of the rooms, in the bathroom was a very unpleaseant smell from the sink.|| In many places we saw spiderwebs. ||The place isn't clean at all. See the pictures from the pool with mold, they didn't cleaned it sincer ever, we were affraid for our kids health.||It was one of our friends birthday and we came from friday to stay untill sunday. The owner preferred us to leave saturday (14 rooms-28 adults+kids) when we wanted to make a barbeque, instead of making us a better price for the meal. He tried to charge us with 50 ron/adult for this meal. 50 RON cost almost 2 kilo of meat not 200g of meat with salad! ||Breakfast was very poor as you will see in the picture. ||Rooms weren't cleaned very well.|| Only positive thing i will remember it will be the taste of the pork ribs. ||Avoid...

We visited the place in Aug 2019. The place is located 20 minutes driving from Brasov.||The staff at the reception were kind and polite.||The place looks clean.||Regarding previous reviews, the breakfast is actually very poor and has to include more vegetables, bigger coffee, soft drink like orange juice or even just water that are missing.||There are 3 more issues which are very important:||1. The beds are not comfortable : the ||innerspring mattress is very thin and it is hard to sleep.||2. There is no air condition in the rooms !!!! and it is impossible to open the windows because of the bugs outside ( there are no nets on windows) so in Aug it is very hot to sleep there.||3. Cleaning the room : happens every 2 days and only changing towells. Strange.||||We did not eat there at evening so we don't know about the quality and price of food.||||The price per night in Aug was not cheap (80 EUR per night) so after some days we found better options.||||It can be a nice place for winter for travelling in the area and be close to Brasov but the improvements...

Unfortunately, I feel that we have taken a big step with this pension. We were accommodated between November 7-9, 2019, 14 people.| Pros: -location near Brasov| - heat in rooms| - eating ok, just ok.| Cons: -The biggest minus is the Pension: the restaurant, the bar and all the pension closes at 22, that is, after this hour you can drink a beer in your room and so on ... unless you want to pay a tax "trick" ”Of 100 rum / hour. We paid 1000 lei for Friday and Saturday night plus we had drinks at their bar and restaurant.
