I have no complaint about the rooms and food. What I do have a complaint about is the fact there is NO service to help you get from hotel to airport AND on arrival NO ONE helped us with all our luggage to the room. ||We fly business class, which meant 2 checked and two carry-on per person. We had to battle getting all our luggage up to the 3rd floor ourself. Then again up to 5th floor to the room. ||At the first floor which I assume is not part of the hotel, was a very unfriendly, unhelpful man.||The next morning we had an early check out as our flight left early, the hotel told us no one can help us get the luggage to the airport side. Eventually we asked if we could use one of the big hotel trolleys. ||Reluctantly we were informed only if we bring it back! ||In this regard, I found the hotel unfriendly for business and international travellers.||I would advise to look at hotels who offer this service as the hotel staff doesn't seem to understand the frustrations with flying and the stress the...

Read moreMost of the employees are just extremely rude, starting from the receptionist who is suppose to welcome you.
When I called the restaurant to order, as soon as the lady heard "hello", she loudly sighted and hung up on my face! I called back and she hung up straight, again.
No one speaks English, which is ashame for an AIRPORT hotel, but would be ok if they were at least polite and were trying, which is so not the case.
Only one lady was very sweet, MIRA, even though she didn't speak English, she was very polite and sweet.
Took 1 hour and a half to get a salad and a soup from the room service and "special request" we're not fullfilled , even though it was written (like no cucumber in the salad) so could easily be translated. Very small portion and very expensive for the quantity and taste.
The room are spacious but very cold, even when you switch it OFF the A/C, after a while it just switched on by itself again.
