There were 3 ladies at the reception when I arrived today and all of them were free. We had many bags with us. And when I asked for a simple trolley they first whispered for 5 min with each other and then said that I have to pay 1,500 rub. I was shocked and double checked if they mean that I have to pay for using the trolley for those 5 meters from the taxi to the hotel. They confirmed.

The staff was unprofessional and careless. The first sense of arrival was unpleasant and I regretted immediately that I chose this hotel. Then we tried using safe and it immediately got blocked. I tried calling reception but they never picked up the phone. So I went down and found out that they were all free, talking to each other too busy to pick up the phone.
