mountain-sports base "Snow Valley" — Hotel in Паратунское сельское поселение

We went to Snow Valley for 2 nights and a SkiDoo-Tour to Mutnovsky.||I contacted Snow Valley via Mail and was told that the tour will be 20.000 RUB for two of us on one SkiDoo.||When we arrived one of the two admins showed us our room and went off. She didn't show us where we can find the toilet and the shower, she didn't tell us about the fitness room in our house, she didn't show us where we can find the swimming pool... she just didn't care about us. Later the day we met the second admin and she showed us around.||On the first day the weather was too bad for our tour so we spent the day at Snow Valley.||On the second day the weather was too bad aswell. So we decided to book a SkiDoo-Tour to an igloo hotel - just a 10 minutes ride from Snow Valley. They told us that this place will be very beautiful in the evening and we can join a guided tour through the hotel and take pictures. We booked the tour for 7 p.m.! When we showed up at the reception at 7 p.m. they told us that our SkiDoo guide hasn't returned from another tour yet and that we have to wait. Finally we left Snow Valley at 8 p.m.! When we arrived at the igloo hotel there was nobody waiting for us and it was closed because the admin from Snow Valley failed to inform the staff from igloo hotel that we will come over for a tour. So we went there for nothing.||On the third and last day the weather became better. Snow Valley told us that we can go to Mutnovsky. We told them that we want to take pictures and need absolutely perfect weather. They told us that everything will be fine. Again they said we are going to leave at 10 a.m. and finally we left at 11 a.m.! When we arrived on the Mutnovksy Plateau the weather wasn't good at all and our guide took us to another place. The alternate place was not too bad at all but not the Mutnovksy. About half way to Mutnovsky the guide asked my wife if she wants to ride with him because driving will become easier for me. We agreed on that. When we returned to Snow Valley we went to the admin to get the bill. It showed 40.000 RUB instead of 20.000 RUB for the SkiDoo-Tour. When we told her that we have an E-Mail which says 20.000 RUB for the tour she said that we rented two SkiDoos so it is 40.000 RUB. We told her that we had just one SkiDoo and the guide. She said because my wife was riding on the guides SkiDoo we have to pay for 2 SkiDoos. We didn't agree and it was really hard to just pay 20.000 RUB. ||The guides at Snow Valley are all very nice guys and know their job but administration has absolutely no clue how to do their job. ||It also seems that we were not interesting enough because we just spent about 40.000 RUB there for two persons. There are groups which go to Snow Valley for Heli Skiing and they pay about 240.000 RUB per person. So their focus is on those guys...||Overall a very bad experience. Check out other tour companies and make sure you pay before you are going to...

26.03 мы с мужем прибыли на базу с целью посещения вулкана на снегоходе. К сожалению, погода испортилась и нам не удалось осуществить эту мечту. Взамен нам было предложено совершить поездку к океану и водопаду. Нам выдали теплую одежду и обувь, за что мы очень благодарны, иначе было бы очень холодно. Мы ознакомилисьакомились с инструкцией по технике безопасности по технике безопасности, поставили подписи. Больше никаких хз документов для согласования и подписания нам не предоставили. Далее нам предоставили снегоход, гид обьяснил, как с ним обращаться. К слову, это был наш первый опыт вождения снегохода. |Путешествие продолжалось около 6-ти часов и было довольно непростым. Периодически гид Анатолий брал наш снегоход, чтобы поднять его в гору, тк мы в силу неопытности не могли этого сделать. Но и ему порой давалось это непросто. В один из таких моментов, когда Анатолий пытался поднять его в крутой подъем, наш снегоход несколько раз перевернулся и скатился вниз. Мы стояли достаточно далеко и не огди оценить состояние снегохода после такого падения. Тем не менее снегоход завелся и мы продолжили путешествие. Во время поездки мы, конечно, несколько раз заваливались на бок. И в результате одного из таких случаев, сломалось ветрозащитной пластиковое стекло. Причем это стекло уже было ранее сломано , две части были сшиты между собой. |После возвращения на базу, мы оплатили аренду снегохода (20000р), так и не подписав ни единого договора. Через некоторое время к нам подошёл администратор с каким-то мужчиной(не представился), который показал у себя на телефоне нам фото какого-то стекла на незнакомом сайте с ценой стекла 13000₽. Он же сказал, что ещё доставка будет стоить ему 1000₽ и предложил нам оплатить ему новое стекло. На что мы, конечно, ответили отрицательно. Мужчина был очень обижен. Потом он снова подошёл, сказал, что узнал о том, что стекло уже было залито и мы не должны ничего оплачивать. Ещё через некоторое время подошёл администратор, показала нам переписку в телефоне, где нам предлагали оплатить, замену и ремонт руля, обогревателя и стекла, что в общей сложности составило порядка 27000₽! И это без предоставления каких либо доказательств! При этом предоставляя снегоход нам в аренду, мы не подписали никакого акта приёма-передачи, договора аренды. И вообще не было ни единого договора о предоставлении услуг. |В результате мы были вынуждены оплатить половину стоимости стекла - 7000₽! |Остались очень неприятные впечатления об этом месте и об отношении администрации к гостям, которые приносят им деньги, а мы за все услуги оплатили около 28000₽, не считая компенсации за разбитое стекло! Все переговоры с нами вел администратор. К нам не подошёл ни один представитель руководства базы! |Самое обидное, что из-за таких предпринимателей создаётся в целом отрицательное впечатление о Камчатке и ее жителях.|Если вы когда нибудь будете пользоваться услугами этого места, требуйте все документы сразу. Они себя хотят показать такими простыми камчадалами, которые за простые доверительные отношения, но на деле оказываются бессовестными, жаждущими только наживы. |Настоятельно не рекомендуем эту базу к...

We chose this place because on internet it looks like the only and best place for a ski trip in Kamchatka. Prices are on Western standards, but services are not. Food is not even decent (on the Alps at that price you get 4 courses with choice, because yes, here you are served your plate and that is all, no choise at all). On our last evening we saw a group which was served crab legs..we were very excited and thought that was also our dinner. But it wasn't. Why??? In the land of fish, no fish at all for the whole week! ||You are outside the world, which it is beautiful, but you are stucked there, and When you want to go back to the city you have to accept the schedule they decide for you: you are paying an expensive private transfer but they decide when and where. Snow valley looks like a place for sport people, but actually it is full of Russians who spend the days and nights drinking and partying.||Such a pity, because the idea is very cool... They should just work a bit on these points to become a top...
