Otel' Armeniya — Hotel in Kazan

The three star hotel offers a very good quality. This is one of the best three star hotels I've been to. |The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. |The interieur is very nice and simple. The breakfast has enough choices. The only thing I would wish for, is that they could offer some fresh fruits for breakfast (but I guess that this is just not common in russia).|The sauna and swimming pool are both not big but sufficient and a nice surplus on cold winter days. The gym is well equipped. |The staff at the reception was very friendly and all of them did their best to offer us a pleasant stay even though only one of them was able to speak english language and we did not speak russian language. |It takes only 15 minutes by bus or car to the city center, so the location is very good in my eyes. |Once I am back in Kazan, I will definitely stay at this...

Went there for business trip. Globally it is a nice Hotel, cheap and confortable, but there are some serious points that are not good for me||||Positive points||- 10 minutes taxi from old center of city and 30 minutes from Airport||- Nice people at reception||- Good room with lot of window, nice bed||- Air conditioning is working great and not very noisy||||Negative points||- Windows curtains are not making night in room, what is bad when sun gets in at 4 am||- Breakfast only opens at 8am, what is late for business trip||- Even is not right on a major street, we can hear the traffic, so I slept...
