Otel' Prem'yera — Hotel in Severnoye Izmaylovo District

The room is checked and cleaned each day like any regular hotel room. The hotel is too far away from any useful locations in Moscow for the average foreigner like me visiting the city for the first time: I had to spend 30 minutes in the metro each day to go to the places where I had to go and then 30 minutes again to get back to the hotel. The room is OK by itself, it meets all the standards regarding furniture, services etc, but it is located right above the central heating system room, which, with the help of the very poor sound insulation, creates in this room this atmosphere of being in the room just next to the engines room in some old submarine, which is terrible for sleeping. The hotel also is very much used by people who appears to have never heard of concepts such as sleeping at night, calm, quietness, and respect, which makes this room unappropriate as a regular hotel room. Do not go there if you need to sleep at night. The person at the reception does speak nothing else but Russian and she could not care less about the noise, she only came around to check that nothing was broken when I was knocking at the door of the other rooms, and was completely unconcerned about me not being able to sleep. I had to leave the hotel before the end of my booking because of the noise. The hotel staff was helpful with wifi etc, but could not help in any way regarding the noise, which questions the whole point of this place as a "hotel"... So 10/10 for all the other services, but 0/10 for never telling the other people around to stop making noise during the whole night, and not being able to relocate me in another more...

По отзывам и по фото вроде было неплохо. Вчера была незапланированная встреча на Щелковской, которая затянулась. В итоге решила переночевать поблизости, не ехать среди ночи в центр. Забронировала номер с двуспальной кроватью. Заселили в итоге в номер с 3 односпальными. По их категории это был «улучшенный номер», типа повышение категории мне дали. Спорить не хотелось, мне было главное - нормально поспать, но…

В душе мокрицы и естественно те, кто их ест: пауки. Под кроватью бутылки, грязь. Полотенца с пятнами, на простынях серые катышки. В чайнике - старая вода с каким-то опилками. Побоялась в номере воду пить, хорошо, что была своя.

В 11 утра дверь в номер открыл картой неизвестный мужчина (оказался управляющим), хотя номер был заперт на ручной замок. Оказалось, что номер открывается картой управляющего, даже если я поворачиваю замок в режим заперто. Начал говорить, что готовят номер к заезду группы. Мне какая разница, к чему его там готовят? Мне повезло, что я одета была.

И я вроде хотела уехать молча и забыть, как страшный сон. Но после выселения передо мной начали извиняться, и ей Богу, лучше бы этого не делали!

После этих извинений я и решила оставить отзыв.

Я выселялась без особых претензий, понимала, что отель - в дальнем районе, далеко не звездный. Но после того, как мне 20 минут доказывали, что они ни в чем не виноваты, а виноваты перекупы номеров, а у отеля даже нет связи со мной и т.д… меня взвинтили на эмоции. Уборщицу якобы уволили за грязь под кроватью. И это видимо оказалось единственное, что было в их зоне влияния. Все остальное - «ничего не можем поделать»… Даже про мокриц и пауков - «травим, но не получается»… Вот такая...
