Restaurant has awful service.||Arrived in the restaurant 30 mins prior to business lunch. However, waitress promised to feed us with the dishes from menu.||She took the order very quick.||Salad and starter was in time. But she brought 3 salads instead of ordered 4. The 4th she just didn't take in to her order list.||The difference between salads and main dish was 50 minutes. Although the cooking time was promised for 14-20 minutes. And she again forgot 4th dish. So one of us left the restaurant hungry and angry.||The main dish was cold.||Only couple of good things happened - salads and starter were good to taste. And they didn't bill us for the main dishes.||As advice - be careful when while ordering. Try to understand that the waitress got your order in...

I have been to the restaurant on the lower level many times spanning a few years. Every time they have good food and have been accommodating to my dill allergy. Sometimes it is hard to communicate with the waitresses if you do not speak fluent Russian, but I have never had too many problems, and they are friendly and try to help. В Заволжье приехал, можно сказать, неожиданно для себя: надо было сопроводить родственника "по местам детства/юности. Мест для остановки на один день (переночевать) с комфортом в Заволжье/Городец, не много (в соответствии с оценками TripAdvisor etc.). Был выбран Калипсо (для понимающих, о чем я: "Я здесь каждый год останавливаюсь!"), что, конечно же, добавило некую толику скепсиса (родственнику - 80+, на минуточку).|В итоге: я не припомню в своих путешествиях (а их, поверьте, немало) такого искреннего желания персонала создать комфортные условия отдыха.|Для нас двоих(!) продлили время работы ресторана (мы поздно пришли голодные)!...|Повар Вадим - молодец: накормил и напоил!
