Wonderland — Hotel in Kigali City

I was here a couple of weeks ago for a special evening with my fiancée and close friends. I couldn't believe what I saw. The business is run by amazing people. You are welcomed by their son - a smart kid, well trained to entertain guests. You feel like home here. After meeting the kid, I met his sister - humble and very intelligent.

Everything was in order. The curated decor was so breathtaking that my fiancee almost cried. I can't forget to mention that the music is managed by Alexa. Yes, Amazon Alexa, the smart speaker that plays assorted music according to the mood and event.

The hosts are the very best you will find around. They live nearby and can arrange anything from a birthday cake to extra drinks or anything you may not have thought about while planning your daytime visit or overnight stay in either the campsite or the rooms.

So close to the capital city-Kigali, yet gives you the feeling you are somewhere far, up country without having to actually drive a very long distance. It is a dream place for families who don't have the luxury of extra large compounds, kids LOVE IT as they can run around freely. Went there for a camping weekend with the family. Beautiful view of Kigali at night. Fun to watch the planes land. We had good weather which was fortunate since there is no cover in case it rains. The owner was very hospitable and sat by the fire with us for a while. For camping you have to fully cater for yourself. Water source and bathrooms are available.
