Bissan Hotel Apartments — Hotel in Ḥa'il Province

I checked it on booking.com and called the hotel and decided to go directly. When we reached the hotel, the guy at reception knew nothing. In contrast to my conversation on the phone, he showed us a room which wasn't enough for my family and he asked for a double amount to get a bigger room I told him that I had already called and confirmed, he replied, "I don't know anything further, these are two options for you." I told him that I wanted to talk to the manager but he refused to connect with me and asked to come after 1.5 hours. It wasn't possible for me to do that as we had travelled from Al jouf for 3.5 hours. After getting disappointed from here, I went to another hotel Balqees Hotel which was much better and cheaper as well. Big...
