Suknai Hotel Suites-Ajjah — Hotel in Ḥa'il Province

The apartment was okay, we chose it over other apartments after checking the other options they had. We were planning to stay until tuesday but the apartment was only available until monday. We agreed on that, from friday to sunday we got around 5 calls from front desk asking us to evacuate the apartment and to move to another one, as another guest wants it. And after each call as I get upset they say they got it sorted and apologise. This was the worst and most distirbing costumer service ever. The last call was to ask us to move to the other apartment within an hour while we were checking out anyway the next morning. ||In addition to that, in 4 days we asked 1 time for towels and they sent only one because they didn't have enough!!! ||This place made our visit to Hail a very bad experience. ||PS: the front desk in the main hotel was very helpful and professional, but unfortunately we couldn't stsy there as we needed a 1...

Their prices are way higher that's Bad! Their washrooms were not comfortable. The commode installed very close to shower so, every shower time gives plenty of disgusting feeling due to water sprinkles. They should place glass wall to separate out the shower 🚿 to avoid disgusting feeling.No cleanliness feeling. That's a Big NO to visit again. Per day for two rooms...
