Worst experience of my life while traveling with family during Eid holidays. I would recommend not to pay them any advance payment as they demand as soon as you complete the booking. I booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 4 persons through booking.com and I was asked to pay the full booking amount for three days for an amount of 799.47SAR which I paid by transferring to the hotel's bank account and subsequently, I sent a message to the hotel with the receipt as I was asked to provide the receipt to a particular WhatsApp number. Then hotel sent me a message saying that there was a mistake and the next day, they contacted me by saying that they will cancel my booking and I made a Saudi colleague of mine to talk to the guy who called me and threatened him that he will complain to ministry of tourism if they cancel my booking. The next day when I arrived at the hotel, they charged me 1,000SAR more to give me the same 2 bedroom apartment which I booked for 800SAR and paid full payment in advance. I ended up paying a total of 1,800SAR for 3 nights. I paid to them only because I had no other option as I already made payment and I can't even try for other hotel rooms. THIS IS HARAAM and blackmailing the customer. Even booking.com customer support team shamelessly supported the hotel by saying it's a mistake.
