I booked since October for my stay which would've been in 20 days, but this hotel cancelled my reservation out of nowhere because apparently its "overbooked". How is that even possible ? I booked in advance since long time ago. If I can give 0 stars I would because I didn't even get to stay at this hotel. Now I have to waste my time trying to find another. Wouldn't recommend.
*edit, I actually got the chance to stay since my travel extended. I was supposed to stay 12 nights but I left after the first 2 days. Not many english speaker in the staff, when I arrived there were apparently no room again, since there is a problem about the online booking. It's not the client responsiblity to handle this, if it's available online it's supposed to be available in the hotel. After a bit, they got me room but they were no internet at all, I asked the staff a few time, they said they will do something but they endend up doing nothing and were quite condescending about my demand even making me feel guilty for asking...
As a foreigner I don't expect to be treated as a king but just have polite answer to question and needs such a minimum for a service, I would've prefer honesty about the internet that them lying to me in the eyes. Read moreI was there for 2 days and the stay was not so pleasant. The centralised air conditioning was out of order, the temp inside the hotel was 30+ C. The receptionist informed the air con was out of order for more than a week while I was there. The disappointing thing is reviewing previous comments by the travelers it can be find the air con is offline since few weeks. The hotel management is doing nothing to resolve this issue. At least it should be informed while booking rather than getting a lot of surprises while we get there. There was WiFi but couldn't connect to it, none of my devices were able to connect to the WiFi. The receptionist keeps asking how I get this offer and informs that if I tell no rooms are available, what will you do? Such mentality is not at all acceptable.
