Mafaza Al Qassim Hotel — Hotel in Al-Qassim Province

We stayed here Enroute to Medina. The proximity to highway makes this hotel a good choice. As we are big family, we booked the presidential suite which was cheaper through booking dot com. The hotel is extremely quite and follows the covid precautions well. The room and bathrooms were really clean. The linen and towels were fresh and clean. The equipment is a bit old, TV didn't work, and wifi had no signals, we tried a lot then gave up. The suite had 3br so enough for a big family with 4 single beds and 1 king size. Each room has a nice bathroom. We didn't opt for any breakfast, just went behind the hotel into the city and had fresh Khubaz , local breakfast. Very bad hotel and the worst receptionists I have encountered. My confirmed credit card backed booking through Expedia was cancelled. No apologies. They mentioned this happens often. Asked to contact someone in management. They refused as they are not reachable as emperors. Managed to get an inferior room after calling ministry of tourism. Bad room broken shower. النادي النسائي فااااشل و الاسعار مبالغ فيها بالنسبه للاجهزه مافيه اي تنوع بالاجهزه و اغلب الاجهزه الي تخرب مايصلحونها بسرعه و بالنسبه لصالة الحديد مررره ناقص اجهزه كثيييره السعر للاشتراك بالنادي مبااااالغ جداً فيه و بالنسبه للمسبح برضو السعر مباااالغ مبااااالغ على مسبح مايغير الماء حقه الا كل اسبوعين او اسبوع ونص و هم يقولون كل اسبوع نغير الماء وغير كذا يقولون ننظف المسبح يومياً تنظيف عميق و لا اشوف اي تنظيف مسبح .. جداً وسخ جداً و المراوش الي عند المسبح مافيه الزين من بينهم الا واحد او اثنين الباقي كله خربان او مايشتغل الماء.. يعني ماافهم ليه هالاسعار على مسبح مايغير بالاسبوع مرتين و وسخ و ماينظف يومياً تنظيف عميق .. واضاءة المسبح مايشغلونها الا بالموت و اذا شغلوها تشتغل النص و النص الثاني خربان .. و التدفئه ماتشغل الا بالاسبوعين مره و الماء زي الثلج و غير هذا حاطين غرفة بخار و لا تشتغل فعلياً ماادري ليه حاطينها و اللوكرات مافيه الا 20 او 30 لوكر و غير هذا كله ازعاج كوتش ريهام شي شي عجيب لدرجة تشتت الواحد من كثر التصريخ

التقييم لو فيه اقل من نجمه لو بالسالب حطيته لهم لانهم يستاهلون

الاسعار مببببالغ جداً جداً النادي غير متكامل و الاجهزه نصها خربانه ازعاج الكوتش ريهام يخليك تهون انك تشترك بالنادي المسبح من اقذر المسابح الي شفتها بحياتي و غير كذا لا كلور و لا فلاتر و لا اضاءه بالموت يشغلون انوار المسبح و نصها خربانه و يقبلون اعداد فوق الطاقه الاستيعابية ماادري كيف يحققون التباعد...
