I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a month, and I must say that it was a great experience. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionists, Abdulraman Alhammad and Mohamed Shammari, were exceptional in their service. They were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and attention to detail left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Mr. Ayman who was very pleasant and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay.
However, there were a few areas that I feel could be improved upon. The hotel's basement parking area has a card reader that is attached to the wall and not in an easily accessible location. I found it inconvenient step out of my car and come closer to the wall to get to the car reader .I hope that the hotel can address this issue and relocate the card reader to a more convenient location.
Another area for improvement is the communication among service employees who speak either Arabic or English (especially covering the room service phone and taking orders) While the staff members were all friendly and helpful, there were times when I had difficulty communicating my needs due to language barriers. I suggest that the hotel provide language training to its employees to improve communication with guests. Or have someone that speaks Arabic or english in the evening shift to answer the phone.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The exceptional service provided by the staff is memorable and I look forward to returning...
Read moreI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 11th of Marsh to the 15th. What was intended to be a relaxing stay with my family turned into a highly disruptive and unpleasant experience.
Specifically, we were subjected to excessive and disruptive construction noise originating from, what appeared to be, the floor above our room. The persistent sound of drilling was profoundly disturbing, preventing myself and my family from obtaining adequate rest, particularly during the night. Furthermore, this construction activity was conducted during daylight hours in the holy month of Ramadan, demonstrating a severe lack of consideration for your guests' comfort and religious observance.
I made multiple attempts to contact your staff to address this issue and request a resolution. Unfortunately, I call the staff but my complaints were entirely ignored. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. It is deeply regrettable that a hotel, which initially appeared to offer a pleasant experience, failed so significantly to provide basic comfort and address legitimate concerns. The level of noise disturbance, coupled with the complete absence of effective communication and resolution, is simply unacceptable.
I request a formal response to this complaint outlining the steps you intend to take to address the issues raised and to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I also expect a fair resolution to compensate for the significant discomfort and dissatisfaction experienced...
