In Eastern Province--Jubail is one of the most sought places for weekend getaway and even for staycations, specifically at the Fanateer District (the beach area).||||In Jubail, one of the best places to stay with is the Danah Al Jubail Suites, the location is just a stone's throw away at the beach's shores, and a few meters away with the boat/ferry rides' ports.||||We are warmly welcomed by Mr. Mohammed, Naif and Sharif upon our arrival and checked-us in without delays. The rest of the staff is as well very helpful and accommodating.||||The property is clean, the well-maintained swimming pool is nestled between towers, it has guests' exclusive ample free car-parking spaces, our suites are well-kept, and I could say the housekeeping is being meticulously done.||||The buffet breakfast is modest and being served from 6-10am, the restaurant has an amazing panoramic view of the Fanateer Beach it is located at the Tower 1, 6th floor.||||There are coffee shops and a resto at the hotel yards with full sea view, an idyllic place to enjoy the soothing sea breeze, or chat/bonding’s with friends & family where you can have afternoon tea or coffee.||||The vantage point of Danah Al Jubail Suites, it is a few meters away from the boat rides port, the rides are must try (reasonable price for exclusive group). You can have a 30-minute to 1-hour boat rides and enjoy the scenic Fanateer Beaches.||||Generally, Danah Al-Jubail Suites has a perfect location for an ideal beach front staycation, or weekend getaway.||||Highly recommended....
Read moreFirst stay and never again, stayed for 3 nights, it’s crazy noisy. It’s founding day, and people are celebrating till late and you hear everything as if you’re with them. The walls are so thin. They don’t provide shaving kits in the toilet, and hair comb etc which is odd for hotels. They provide shampoo. Conditioner and body wash and tooth paste and brush though. I tried to call the receptionist during my stay more than 3 times, they only answer one day. Room service (the restaurant) is really bad, I had a burger and the bun was very cold! And for breakfast next day I had an omelette and it came without salt and black pepper and it was not salted. In front of the lifts it’s very wet because people come out the pool to their room and no one is cleaning that mess, like basic health and safety! House keeping knocked on my door today and tried to get in, thank god I had locked the room, I didn’t call them and I didn’t have “clean my room”sign hanging so that was off! They woke me up and it was random timing (4 pm). Parking is HORRIBLE. The spaces are very small. Only two handicapped spaces and they are far from where my suite is. And it’s hard to find parking anyway, the parking is not numbered as not each room/suite has their own parking spot. The microwave stinks too! The furniture is very old fashioned. - the curtains are inaccessible/not practical. There are very spacious balconies but no chairs outside.
The only positive thing is the staff (receptionist I think his name is Anas, and the tall bellboy I can’t...
Read moreI am afraid I’m writing this and I’m so disappointed from the services was provided by Danah Al jubilee suite I will start with flat, if you are visiting this place in a winter and you have some kids please try to avoid it !! since there is no real heater even if you asked them they will try to give you non-sense excuses ( personally I met someone called Ibrahim and he told me clear all what they can do is provide me with blanket !! And there is supervisor to speak to !! , the bed side lamp in flat is not working and the cabinet below Tv unstable and unsafe for children. No shaving kit even if you requested !! The balcony doors are covered with black papers only no curtains :((
Regarding the reception , if you came and the whole suites are free DO NOT EXPET an upgrade !! They would tell you since you booked from booking we can not do anything , in my case I rebooked by them direct and still they did not upgrade me .The upgrade only by facing the sea or not !! They do not have packages for breakfast .
My advice : try to Avoid it in winter season especially if you were with kids . Try book...
