Boudl Gardenia — Hotel in Eastern Province

Our family stayed for one night here, I was searching for a stay with kids park ,swimming pool and kitchen with little cooking for my kids .. We enjoyed here.. I used the Junior suite which is one room with open kichen cum hall and 1 bathroom attached. There is only portion with wall and no door separating the bedroom and hall the only the thing I got disappointed is about their lights inside the room, which is all like shading lights rather than normal . It gives the beauty to room, but there must be one option to have a bright as well. But I should say there are small small light everywhere inside the rooms. Room is prepared very well to receive the guests, very tidy and a pleasant smell. Regarding Bathroom , the glass door is partial So after one bath, the water is reaching to the toilet floor.. the kids park is located outside the building in the compound, all the the items are working and well maintained. The swimming pool is for kids size and adult side division’s.. what ever the age , which is suitable.. Chlorinated water in the pool and life guard available.. clean and well maintained .Females I can’t see in the pool however me and my friend we entered in the pool with our kids and enjoyed .. Their services from their cafeteria, which is available to the watchers upon request. Security service , House keeping, and the porter service is all amazing and very well mannered. The Reception team also very good. I used 9200 00666 number to book for the rooms. It’s quite reasonable price as well. Overall I enjoyed..and happily recommending to all for a reasonable stay.

This is one of the worst experiences i have ever had. I booked 3 nights from 9 November to 12 November. Let's start with the issues found in the first night: 1- The rooms are not properly isolated, everything happening outside is sounded like it is inside the room. There is a backyard for children and they are screaming like they were with u. Whenever someone is moving anything in the nearby room or above u you will hear it very loud!! 2- I booked 2 bedrooms suite. The 2 bedrooms have one AC unit with one switch. What if i need cooler temperature than my other family members??? Do they have to suffer because of the design issue? 3- They have issues in the procurement and supply chain, i asked them for slippers and they told me, we don't have, the warehouse is empty and we tried to contact Riyadh HQ to supply slippers but they didn't. 4- The prayer mat had a bad smell and i asked for another 4 times until they provided a replacement. 5- lack of parking spaces at night. 6- The prices are higher than usual at this moment and above the reasonable price for such experience. They only good thing is the location.

I advise everyone to read the 1 star review as almost all is complaining about the noise and disturbance.

Absolutely amazing resort in the center of the city. The service staff at the reception are absolutely amazing. Amazing people very eager to talk to you and interact with you and tell you about the hotel, tell you about the city about the country. They have an amazing swimming pool but you need to know that ladies are not allowed at the swimming pool. It’s for kids and men and a very beautiful cafeteria which is 24 us open just on the swimming pool and they have Jacuzzis and very very nice place. Cost wise it’s it’s nothing compared to the other other places you would find in the city. I found it very very cheap for where it is located and the kind of rooms and service and the facilities in the resort. The rooms are very well appointed. Every room has a small kitchenette a pantry if u may, with a mini fridge or you can cook, you can warm things they have crockery cutlery available. Every room has a balcony also with a good views every view is a good view. I would absolutely recommend it for the the people with families and and kids. It’s a fun place to stay at very safe very so be on the staff is Saudi nationals very well trained and appointed and decent. Very nice to talk to. I’m not going to stay anywhere else. Whenever I arrive at this city. I will always be staying at this...
