Holiday Inn & Suites al Jubail by IHG — Hotel in Eastern Province

Considering my experience in Jubail this hotel is made on an international quality. High standards.

Unfortunately, there seems some hitch some where. Improvement in the following will get this hotel go really back high in my review.

Rooms are not cleaned unless asked for. When you ask the reception says there is full occupancy and people are less -so they will clean now and they came and cleaned. But when you come back tired after physical work you need the room to be cleaned already.

This time I got a room on the first floor and the room was good but there was no sheer curtain which means any one in the evening could see what's happening inside my room or in the day time I cannot get shady light or I need to use the dark curtain.

Nicely managed restaurant but I ordered Biriyani and I got chicken curry topped with basmati rice - when asked they said they do not have an Indian chef and this is Biriyani from the Egyptian chef. Could add a Chef that could change the taste of the food and automatically attract more customers.

I ordered vegetable soup and they gave me a soup full of potato. When asked they said sorry that's all what we have or please take shrimp soup. Is this 5 star. Can easily improve the quality and make the stay pleasant.

Was good if the hotel had pure non-smoking rooms and have a strict policy of no smoking in non-smoking rooms.

Luckily the staff is really courteous and welcoming but they have the hard job to apologise for the above and be pleasant inform of the guest.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Jubail, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the service. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, genuinely helpful, and accommodating. Reception staffs were friendly, the housekeeping team consistently went above and beyond by always asking if we needed anything else when we met them in the hallway, even the lifeguard at the pool was friendly and approachable.

Our room was perfect for our family, it was clean and smelled fresh, making it a comfortable haven after a day of activities. Our daughter absolutely loved the pool, also she received a special Eid giveaway from the hotel with toys, chips, and sweets when we arrived, such a thoughtful welcome for our EID staycation.

The location is accessible. Everything we needed was within easy reach. My wife was happy to find a salon just a minute walk away where she enjoyed a relaxing manicure and pedicure while I and my daughter are swimming in the pool. Plus, the beach is very near, offering another great option for family outings. And for those quick cravings, there are plenty of establishments nearby, including Starbucks, Mcdo, Baskin-Robbins, Pizza Hut, and Krispy Kreme, etc.
