good points : check in and check out was very fast ,the reception Saudi staff was very kind also room service ..if you can find one :) . the public resort facilities and the garden was great also the lake view as well . rental of boats,parachutes and jet ski with additional price ,it was little pet expensive but funny .

bad points :

.bad smell in toilets it was too bad to can avoid mention it some places were dirty like restroom floor and corners very dusty and dirty used balloons every where beside and inside the pool !. private swimming pool unclean and not healthy to use a lot of people use it . it should be emptied of the water from time to time then cleaned . telephone was out of service , and the management know about it already when i told them they said : tell us about anything you want with your...

Very bad experience. I was there for a weekend . I felt i made a mistake booking this place to relax . 1) rooms are not cleaned very bad carpets 2) washrooms are not maintaned properly i see broken furniture. 3) u can hear your next room sounds 4) one team of kids got a big loud speaker and it was kept out side in gardan area with full sound full night . I went i request the them to lower the sound he didnt case i called reception no one answered my call .

There is a shop inside the hotel where u can buy water chips softdrinks which costs 200 to 400 % more than the market...

It’s a very good resort for those people who spends their time for private pool and they also acess public pool. There are few activities for children like swimming, swings, canteen and also cycling for both adults and children. There are many other options in the resort like Jetski boating etc. There are also good option for those people who want to acess only public pool and other stuff they must choose studio option.
