Remaz Hotel , jubail — Hotel in Eastern Province

I'm extremely disappointed with the whole experience. The guy at the reception asked me to cancel the booking from booking.com so that he could give me a discount. I did the mistake of cancelling it.

I had booked for my children as well and on the website they lied that there are sofa beds for children but infact they made me pay for two extra beds.

Breakfast was included in the price but when I went there , there was nothing there. Other guests were also left shocked by the behaviour of the staff there who just told everyone that there is nothing left for breakfast. The experience was so bad that I did not go for breakfast for the rest of my stay.

The room service was very poor. After 8 pm there is no one to clean the rooms.

Overall, I strongly advise you to not book here and if you do please book through a booking website so that you could cancel it if things are not what...

It’s a good hotel you know good services. They also offer breakfast for dinner is not included and also you can tell them a timing for delivering to your room the food was OK sometimes a bit too much salt or sometime they didn’t even give us the correct amount of food. The system is a bit mixed up and the reception is completely lazy day barely listen to you or attend your calls and whenever they do, they do it at least after 30 minutes and they’re just very lazy stuff and also the room had a Wi-Fi problem. They had barely any signals and it was very hard but overall, it was quite OK. I guess the experience wasn’t too bad and this was false information that they said there is gym. The hotel manager Mr. Hasnain Abbas Shah is remarkably commendable. He is very warm and cordial from the time of booking, upon meeting him in person, during the period of our stay and until checkout. He is indeed a hands-on manager. I must mention that we met him in person upon early check-in around past noontime yet we still saw him in action at 11 PM of the same day. Our group is quite a big number of guests but the hotel was able to accommodate the team. Our stay was not 100% perfect but it was worthwhile and memorable in general. Mr. Hasnain even managed to send message ensuring that we reached back home safely. We will certainly reach out to him for our future room requirements. Kudos and all the very best to...
