Novotel Jazan — Hotel in Jazan Province

Beautiful gorgeous Stunning Amazing Hotel in Jizan right on the beachfront..I had an amazing stay here and the staff were super amazing...The reception staff were warm,welcoming and amazing even before my stay answering important questions telephonically when contacted...All reception staff were amazing on all the days I stayed there and assisted me whenever I contacted them ..Thank You All soooo much..A special Thank You to Ms.Nawal for your kindness and support for my check out .. Highly appreciated...A special Thank You to all the Concierges at reception who warmly welcomed me..Mr Nahid warmly assisted me on arrival ..Mr Imon in particular was super amazing and helped me alot throughout my stay.I had many queries and concerns and he was ever so ready to assist ..Thank You soo much.. The room was very clean,beautiful and most comfortable and spacious...I loved 😍 the sea view . Absolutely 💯 breath taking ...The housekeeping staff were excellent and kept my room neat ,tidy and clean on all the days of my stay...Thank You All soooo much 😀...The catering staff at the hotel are amongst the best in the world...The breakfast and dinner buffets at the hotel were absolutely 💯 amazing and awesome...The food was super delicious laid out in the beautiful dining area on the ground floor...The Managers Mr Islam,Mr Ali and Mr Diaa were warm,welcoming,professional and service oriented...All the staff present at Breakfast and Dinner were wonderful...On one occasion the executive chef was present at the Buffet Dinner on 22nd of February and help me with explaining the dishes on display and which sauces to pair with my chosen dish...Amazing...A very special Thank You To Mr Shamim who was super amazing,professional and very kind..He took my room service orders and made sure everything was done to perfection and also kindly assisted me with my breakfast orders ...Highly appreciated 👏....I had the wonderful opportunity to also visit and eat at the upper level restaurants in the hotel. All staff there were amazing...The kind and professional Mr Rajon and Mr Mamun were warm,welcoming and professional and very helpful whenever I visited these 2 restaurants 😀 Food here was also super delicious 😋...The hotel has a beautiful pool entertainment areas and the coffee shop at the hotel has the most beautiful decor 😀 This hotel Novotel is one the best 👌 I have stayed at and it is beautiful with most amazing staff in the world 🌎...Thank you all sooo much for my beautiful memorable...

Visited Jazan and stayed at Novotel on a business trip for a couple of nights

POSITIVES

(+) Location is immaculate, facing the sea and near the corniche park. Other commercial and government facilities are within a 10 mins drive

(+) Hotel is modern and artistically designed keeping practical & new age needs in mind. Rooms are equipped with all required amenities with touch enabled panels to close off lights, room cleaning, illumination etc.

(+) Rooms are top notch clean and well spaced out. I got the city / pool facing view which was well lit and had good enough space of mobility

(+) breakfast at the hotel is at Amouj restaurant which has a range of English and intercontinental breakfast menus. Clean, spaced out with a well supported staff who is always available for your help

(+) special thanks to Amouj team member (Reydan and the night manager) who provided me a takeaway breakfast as I had to check out at 5 am on the last night. The favor was granted and they went over and above to provide all food options

NEGATIVES

(-) Spa at the hotel is poorly managed with untidy facilities. The leather spa table for massage is torn in many parts with dirty outlook making customers feel bad for choosing the place. The massuer, Gen, is very good and supportive though as he goes out of the way to ensure customers get the most out of the place.

Hotel management should at once look into renovating the spa as it is in really bad shape

(-) Walkabaility: another downside is that no restaurants or eating facilities are at walking distance. Without taxi or uber/careem available in Jazan city, it gets tricky to get your dinner from outside the hotel

(-) signs and boards are missing from the hotel. I had no idea where the pool or spa or business center was. Since there are two lifts in the building approaching to Rooms and other facilities, it is difficult for a new customer to find the places with ease

(-) Front desk staff needs improvement in attending guests. During busy hours (noon and evenings), there was only one person attending to multiple guests without quickness that was required. I had to wait for 10-15 mins each time and then left the reception without a solution

Overall a family friendly place with nicely built infrastructure and exquisite location.. improvements needed in human resources and select sections...
