The taps were loose. Water wasn't warm and no pressure of water. Also, the shower area was without any protective glass so after a shower, the entire bathroom was wet. Room rent was high due to ramadan. The receptionist don't speak English and only Arabic so you need to talk in signs to make them understand. It is very difficult to communicate with them as they are Rude and don't try to understand. Initially, they could not find our reservation, Finally, when they did, they gave us a room with guests already inside. Server did not know and opened the door, for which he apologised.
