We stayed there for one night. Room was clean with tea, coffee and water provided. There is also a small fridge. The room was triple room which was small. The worst part was the toilet. The taps were loose. Water wasn't warm and no pressure of water. Also, the shower area was without any protective glass so after a shower, the entire bathroom was wet. Room rent was high due to ramadan. The receptionist don't speak English and only Arabic so you need to talk in signs to make them understand. It is very difficult to communicate with them as they are Rude and don't try to understand. Initially, they could not find our reservation, Finally, when they did, they gave us a room with guests already inside. Server did not know and opened the door, for which he apologised. We paid 20 SAR for our first day to haram and on way back 30 SAR. Next day we paid 30 SAR to go to haram and 100 SAR for return which is illegal on so many levels. I wouldn't recommend hotel for long stays. For one night it is your choice. The only positive was the servers, he got us late check out when the receptionist denied it which is appreciated.
