Royal Al Mashaer Hotel, Mecca — Hotel in Makkah Al Mukarramah

I along with my friend went to Mecca on Business trip from Bahrain and wanted to stay at Al Aziziah . So we found this Hotel Royal Al Mashaer Hotel . Look like newly build hotel with limited facilities . Rooms were clean , No Tea Coffee maker , No F&B services , No Restaurant . As we were fasting ( Ramadan) F&B services didn't affected us too much. Hotel is next to Bin Dawood super market . you can purchase and eat at your room . We stayed here during the hajj season. To be honest the hotel itself is quite good and comfortable for the azizia leg of the journey. What I really want to complement is the amazing people that work here. The cleaners all have smiles on their faces and help you as much as they can. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!I paid more then 2300 dollars for 14 nights. First of all , the transportation they provide doesn’t take you anywhere close to masjid al haram, even though they mentioned that they offer transportation.No wifi the entire stay unless you go out of the room to get connected. The most important two things they do not even offer,and for that amount for 14 days!!!...
