Read moreThe staff were on amazing allowed late check out for free, always welcoming. However the hotel seems to cater more for large group travellers rather than individuals families. The shuttle bus is always full to the haram. The walk to the haram is a fair distance and hilly a good solid 25mins walk. The price was cheap compared to other hotels. It looks like they are going through renovations I was situated in the 8th floor and the annoying thing was they were doing building works on a few rooms opposite so the constant knocking and hammering and the smell of strong varnish coming trough my room was irritating and feel more consideration should have been given for client comfort. The lifts are annoying they don’t seem to work in tandem you can end up waiting a few mins before it arrives for it to quickly fill up and having to wait again. I think this place has all the hall marks of being a great hotel if they get a few things right. However the distance to the haram is not a flat walk so if you are travelling with the elderly I would not consider this the...

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality, especially from Saddam, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Whether it was helping with luggage, arranging transport, or simply offering a warm smile and genuine assistance, Saddam’s dedication and kindness made a lasting impression. He’s a true asset to the hotel and a blessing to weary travelers.
