Guest Respect First: I stayed for 5 nights at this location. We wanted a room with twin beds, but it was quite small with the desk taking up a lot of the space and it was not friendly for people with limited mobility. The delux room with a king bed was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is disappointing, as it is in an empty area with no nearby supermarkets. The nearest mall is 4 minute drive. In summer time you have to have a car to move around. We had an issue with a hose in the bathroom leaking. I tried calling house keeping but there was no option for it on the phone (neither for room service). There is only ‘one-touch service’ and dialing 0. Both buttons direct to reception. I dialed one touch service and they replied after 5 tones. The man came and fixed it. But there was a leak from the tube, so I called again but there was a dissconnection after two rings. I tried again 6 times with 10-15 minutes in between calls with dissconnection everytime. I had to go down to the reception to tell them about the leak and the problem of disconnection from their side. There were two receptionists, Nouf and Rawan. Nouf said it’s the phone gives busy after two tones!!. It was a total disrespect to the guest from their side which should be handled by the head Mr.Thirar and supervisor Miss. Ouhood. I was frustrated as this hotel supposed to be one of the best in town and a...
Read moreWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Fatima and Talal at the reception. Their hospitality was truly remarkable; they went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to provide me with all the information we needed about the hotel and its amenities. Their friendly demeanor made a lasting impression, and we genuinely appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions we had during my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The on-site dining options were also fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes.
Overall, my stay at the Radisson Blu was nothing short of delightful, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Fatima and Talal. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. We can't...
Read moreThis is by far the worst hotel in Saudi Arabia. Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Corniche is the absolute worst. I came in with my family to check in after an exhausting drive from Makkah. When we went to check in, we had some issues with the payment. Just for a single room, for 3 nights, They withdrew all the money I had in my card($600). Then they were asking for more money. When I saw the situation was getting out of hand, I asked them for a refund but they started making up excuses. (Bear in mind, my check in, in Madinah and Makkah were very smooth). Then they called the manager and they started talking and came to a conclusion that I was overcharged. Then another problem arose, Their exchange rate from Dollar to SAR was $1 = 3.50 at the hotel while in Madinah and Makkah were $1 = 3.75. It may seem like a small number but it actually makes a difference. And also the Restaurant was wonderful. I had a really good experience with the staff at the restaurant, Arif and Aisha. They were very friendly and happy to assist. In terms of Restaurant service, they are second...
