Rwasel al nakhlah — Hotel in Makkah Region

Room deserves negative rating or even below that ……… Firstly, it was not the same room I booked (Double room, double bed and toiletries) . It was a mare single room with two single beds and only one shampoo and soap in the name of toiletries. No Bathrobe, No tissue, No slippers, No hairdryer, No kettle, No wake up service, No terrace and even no cloth rack. If it’s not available then why it was coming in my booking. Secondly, the bathroom was too small that you can’t even stand then how it’s possible to have shower. The toilet seat was uprooted and all the dirty water was seen entering into the room…………. Wall paper of the room was seen torn, broken floor tiles, Electric Wirings were not fixed properly, Walls are getting damaged inside the bathroom. Unclean Sofa etc. etc. Also cashier asked to take money back if the room is not suitable for me. This is the worst answer I have heard as they should have to book the room for me as I made it online. If not, the price should have to be adjusted. I came from Tabuk after travelling 950 km and having no option left, I stayed at the same property…….. worst experience I have till now with any...

Very bad service, very dirty place and stinky... Very shaggy furniture and not clean.. They should close down.. They charged 500 SR/night because it's a holiday season although they don't deserve 100sr.. “I booked a hotel online in Jeddah, but when I arrived, the hotel name was completely different. The room I was given was nothing like what was shown in the booking. The floor was wet, and the bathroom was dirty. The next day, I requested room cleaning by hanging the cleaning tag, but the staff ignored it, claiming the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was up, which was not true. This was a terrible experience!
