My overall experience in this hotel is 3/5 not bad for a 3 star hotel its is good if you are staying for a short time in riyadh , i usually only use the hotel just to sleep the amenities of the room are not all available no cofee or heating pot however they provide drinking water in the fridge and soaps and cleaning amenities and also provide a TV and satellite.
The toilet is somewhat not up to standard they do provide a hair dryer and towel , but the the hose is leaking and the shower head has very low pressure which will take a long time to shower 🚿 and also besides the shower there is no shelf or place to place your soap or shampoo so you would have to place your shampoo and soap on the floor and also there is not cutain or tub in the bathroom which means when you shower the whole bathroom will be wet.
They do provide room service and have a lobby downstairs with a small cafe and microwave incase you have some food you want to heat up and also provide you with hotel parking in the basement or in front of the hotel, there is just one elevator since its not a big hotel .
My overall experience was good but could've been better if they fixed these small issues that i pointed out and to be honest you get what you paid for, your moneys worth because hotels in Riyadh are even more expensive which at the time i was there was a season and the prices were fair and acceptable for the service they...
Read moreI got cheated of my stay for 4 Night's there. The Hotel seems run-down with a Poor Management out to loot my money of my stay for 30 Consecutive Night's there. The Washing Machine from presumably SAMSUNG wasn't there. In the end, they offered me a run-down washing machine to wash my dirty clothes. I wasn't happy and even request for a downgrade of my stay of 4 Nights just to enjoy clean laundry and I failed to let you know that the facilities are not as what being presented on the Prestigious Trip.Com. The furniture look like it was dated back then in the 80s with the lacklustre look, seemingly from a 2nd Hand market that they bought. Id it how they want to midlead Hotel Stayers? I wasn't satisfied at all. All the facilities come from a broken door latch with Poor cooking utensils and the bottled water they provide are all frozen from storage for close to a year without being changed for the right Hotel Guest. Is it how they discriminate visitors or tourists from the Well-Known Singapore? Please offer a full stay of my refund through Trip.Com in terms of TRIP COINS else I will proceed with a Lawsuit of my...
Read moreStaff were very friendly and the room was nicely furnished, but I don't think proper consideration to the needs of guests have been thought out. There was a mini fridge in the room, but no coffee/ tea making facilities, nor any cups or glasses. The staff were extremely reluctant to provide drinking glasses and tried to pass out disposable plastic ones. Free daily newspapers were provided... but in Arabic only. Breakfast was included, and consisted of freshly sliced salad vegetables, cheese, bread and foul. While tea was on offer, coffee was not, nor was there any milk available, despite asking at the coffee shop in the lobby. Sugar was provided, but not teaspoons with which to stir it. For the three nights that I was there, the room was not serviced. Only one staff member could speak English. Despite these fairly minor foibles, it was a nice, comfortable...
