I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding room service provided by housekeeper Mr. Sakib and Supervisor Mr. Pradeep. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay was evident in every detail.

The hotel is considered the best located in a very quite relaxed environment at Waad Al Shamal city and very close by Ma’aden plant. What makes the hotel’s rooms unique are the private balconies, for each, a fresh air taking.

The room is very well furnished with a comfortable bed and my favorite are the ceiling speakers playing music for creating a cozy atmosphere after a long working day either at the room or at the other hotel amenities such as the corridor, reception, the gym….etc.

The gym area is very big, modern and well equipped with everything especially a shiny window glass view. The indoor and outdoor pool are amazing.

I want to deliver uniquely special thanks to the female hotel manager, Saudis female receptionists and female customer coordinators. They are very professional with welcoming gratitudes and fabulous fluency. Thanks to Yasmeen restaurant staff for the great food. And also thanks for hours keeping staff for their generosity.
