Im writing this review with a full attendant heart and mind to the Bay La Sun whole team. (Please read last note at the end!)

A Truly Exceptional Stay…

I recently stayed at Bay La Sun hotel for a week, and from beginning to end, I was met with a level of service that exceeded my expectations. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my needs and requests were met promptly and professionally. The staff’s dedication to providing a top-notch experience was evident in every detail of my stay.

A special mention goes to Amjaad, the front office manager, whose quick response and professionalism turned what was initially heading towards a disappointing experience into an absolutely wonderful one. Her attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction made all the difference and set the tone for a fantastic stay.

Mahmoud Balawi, the restaurant supervisor, deserves a shoutout for his superhero-level dedication to hospitality. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, Mahmoud’s welcoming attitude and professional approach made me feel valued and comfortable. He truly is a gem to this hotel, and it was evident that he leads his team with passion.

I’d also like to acknowledge Ahmed, the banquet supervisor, along with his outstanding team members, Kausar and Aref. They played an essential role in the success of our program, which was held in the hotel’s ballroom. Their attention to detail, seamless coordination, and support made the event a success, and I am truly grateful for their efforts.

Fayez, the cleaning supervisor, and his fantastic team also deserve recognition. They kept my room spotless and fresh every day, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment that added to the overall experience.

And, of course, I must mention the culinary team. The food was remarkable—delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The exceptional work of the chef and the guidance of Mr. Abdou, the restaurant manager, were clearly evident in every meal.

This hotel’s dedication to making guests feel cared for and valued is unparalleled. The entire team truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend staying here for an experience that combines outstanding hospitality, remarkable food, and a staff that takes pride in every detail.

Note: If you are booking through websites that mentioned “Standard King Room” your view will be looking at a roof- no city or sea view...

I would like to take a moment and a few to write a review of a wonderful experience my wife and I had at Bay La Sun.||To begin with, we had booked a room with a normal city view from the 14th to 16th July for our 1st anniversary, but due to an extreme rare problem that occurred within KAEC, the hotels and other offices had to shut down those 2 days and we had to return back to our city on the 14th itself.||The judgement is not made on the mishaps that happens, but on how they handle the mishaps, the hotel manager Mr. Raed Aljahdali understood the significance of this matter and took care of us really well that he compensated us with a better package the following week from 20th - 22nd July which included a better view (sea and marine view), a honeymoon package, 4 games at the Bay la sun club and a late check out, all of it was free of cost with a variety of delicious breakfast. A very hospitable and a true gentleman who knows how to keep the respect intact of a 5 star hotel which Bay la sun is. Other than him, Mr. Hamza Alghamdi the receptionist, Mr. Feyaz Anver the supervisor of house keeping and Mr. Bachu the house keeping staff had given us a service of a very exceptional one.||I would definitely recommend anyone visiting KAEC to stay at Bay La Sun and enjoy the services they give to their customers.||Thank you Bay La Sun for a great weekend getaway and a great 1st anniversary my...

|The hotel lobby was as beautiful as always, but only one elevator was available for the entire hotel as the other one was out of service. We were allowed to use the service staff elevator. The suite was refurbished with parquet floors and modern furniture. The room was sprayed with a great mist.The bed was comfortable, although i must disclose that we brought our own pillows because the hotel had no memory foam ones. The AC was amazingly good. The view was breathtaking, but there was a huge stain on the window that blurred the view. I thought it was there due to the humidity, but when it stayed there for 3 days, i came to the conclusion that it is not.|The bathroom was huge and had all the necessary amenities. However, there were permanent stains at the bottom of the sink and in the bathtub. Needless to say, it did not get my approval. The in room dining was absolutely delicious and the food arrived warm. They also offered us to bring the appetizers first, then the main course. The restaurant was also delicious, and the general atmosphere and service were excellent.
