! تجربتي مع هذا الفندق كانت سيئة للغاية وغير مهنية. أقمت فيه لمدة 5 أيام واضطررت لدفع 100 ريال كوديعة تأمين حسب سياستهم. عند تسجيل الخروج، أحضر الموظفون مفرش سرير عليه ما بدا وكأنه بقعة حليب بسيطة يمكن غسلها بسهولة. لكنهم ادعوا زورًا أن المفرش "تلف" وطالبوني بدفع 225 ريال إضافية. الأمر بدا مشبوهًا جدًا، ولم أكن متأكدًا حتى إن كان ذلك المفرش يخص غرفتي فعلًا أم أنه مجرد حيلة. بعد جدال طويل معهم أعادوا لي وديعتي، لكن الموقف كله كان مزعجًا وغير احترافي. والمفاجأة أن نفس الشيء حصل معي قبل 9 أشهر في هذا الفندق عندما حاولوا مطالبتي بـ 150 ريال إضافية بسبب مفرش آخر "تالف" كما زعموا. من الواضح أن هذه ممارسة متكررة، خصوصًا مع العائلات التي لديها أطفال. إدارة الفندق وموظفوه بدوا وكأنهم يبحثون عن أعذار لأخذ المال بدلًا من تقديم الضيافة. أنصح بشدة بعدم الإقامة في هذا الفندق، فهناك خيارات أفضل وأكثر...
