I went there last Wednesday, because my friends suggested me that its amazing place. But unfortunately i was very disappointed. I went there to use the pool facilities. At the entrance, at the reception one saudi guy hosted me , he speaks very well Russian language with me, he look like dark skin . I told him that i want to use pool facilities, then he gave me the voucher for 200, he told me that i can use only that day in any restaurants , i told him that but am going to pool , so i will use the voucher at the pool, he said no problem. So i went to the pool , the pool was totally empty , no people, not even waiter. Then hardly i found someone, he told me that, the voucher which gave me at the reception its not accepted in the pool, i got very upset, then i had to go back again to the reception. I was very upset, disappointed from the service, very unprofessional. Then reception guy told me that i need to pay 75 riyals extra for the pool , i told him that if you have told me that from the beginning i have no problems with that , but after all these hassle i dont want to pay 75 riyals extra, especially the pool is completely empty. Then he called someone, then i guess he told him no, but am sure that he didnt tell him the hole story. I told the reception guy that why you didn’t give me from the beginning the pool voucher? Whereby I already told you that i want to use the pool, he told me that i thought you are going to the pool , just to seat , who comes to the pool in this weather just to seat.
