House keeping, they work with no standards, one day they remember something, next day they forget, and no carpit hovering unless you complain.

Room service, in Ramadan they are busy and no one answers the phone.

In general, if you don't make a friendship with the staff or mention a complainand esclate it, they usually don't care, except breakfast waiters, especially Jamal, in the restaurant.

Receptionists, usually friendly, especially Ali, Sara and the two Mohammads.

Location is too bad if you don't have a car as whenever u enter, u r in a prison, unless u have a car and it's a bit far from downtown, Olaya district, which is stuffed with all kind of shops.

The room is quite fine, not bad, but many other cheaper hotels have the same quality, such as Hilton.

All in all, not highly recommended, not because it's bad, but because there are other alternatives with the same quality and less money and better locations, especially if u ain't got no...

Come here to stay at the best hotel in Tabuk, conveniently located near the airport. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive (from the room service to the kind gentlemen at the reception, as well as the breakfast and dinner staff). The breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and savoury options including a healthy section, and the dinner was also good.
