Neom Residential Camp 1 (NRC 1 CAMP) — Hotel in Tabuk Province

NRC1 is basically a white collar prison yes it has facilities but you are surrounded by blinding lights 24/7. Barbed wire security fencing all the way round. Highly uneducated security who are very rude and obnoxious. The food is ok 3 out of 5 if sushi is at the restaurant forget it as each person takes approx 20 prices causing a huge queue not worth the wait. The room are very cheap so you can here people upstairs walking you can hear the TV on all the walls Internet very slow. When you ask for help from helpdesk they are not helpful and always have a confused look...

2.5 Stayed here for about a month in 2024. Room, food and services were all adequate but after a few weeks the variety is no longer a variety and there are inevitably a few hiccups with services (laundry late or missing items). Special thank you to the staff at the dining hall - they were always super friendly and accommodating. Bottom line, you're likely not here for a vacation. The services and facilities are a glorified summer camp with barbed wire and retina scanners. Do the job, go home, and hopefully...

NRC1 or NESMA it doesn't matter, I'm here to stand by my right to complain about whoever responsible. Laundry service is POOR SERVICE, totally disappointed.. it always delivered late, now i experience extra 2 more days! Helpdesk TYPE C also Sometimes RUDE and sometimes not responding...
