Our journey with Six Senses Red Sea – The Dunes started even before we arrived, thanks to the incredible Experience Manager, Anand. His attention to detail, warmth, and care ensured our convenience and peace of mind from day one. During our stay, he continued to check in and support us, always a step ahead to make sure we were comfortable.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely meet-and-greet by the amazing trio — Mansour, Zaid, and Benjamin. Their genuine smiles, kindness, and generosity created such a warm and heartfelt first impression that stayed with us throughout the stay.

A very special mention goes to Mansour Almuddara, who was constantly present, making sure all guests were enjoying their time. His care, attentiveness, and thoughtful questions about our experience reflected his passion for excellence. The tour he gave us was insightful, personalized, and truly unforgettable.

The housekeeping team did a phenomenal job every single day — always on point, respectful, and discreet. A big thank you to Prianka, who was incredibly sweet and gentle, her presence was a daily joy.

Our amazing trip advisors, Anas & Abdullah made every ride feel smooth and easy. They always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to help us discover beautiful areas of the resort, ensuring we arrived comfortably and happily to every destination.

The spa team was exceptional — especially Shalmie, who guided us through a calming wellness experience and soul-releasing yoga sessions. After a stressful year, the team helped me find genuine relief and renewal. Their kindness and skill left a deep impact.

As for the resort itself — it’s truly one of a kind. The Saudi soul and authenticity are present in every detail. From the lush greenery to the golden desert sands, everything was thoughtfully designed. We were especially impressed by the Oasis, Earth Lab, and the hands-on workshops, which added a deeper, more meaningful layer to the experience.

We can’t forget Bariya Restaurant, where every meal was a delight. The flavors, presentation, and variety of options kept us excited for every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And U.K for his great hospitality and kindness

Rating the experience 5/5 feels not enough. If I was able to, I would give 10 stars for what was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had

The hotel itself is a work of art. Serene beauty, a beautiful quiet escape from reality. Where to begin? The restaurant food is amazing, the kombucha is exceptional, welcoming gelato was a delicious treat, and the endless trays of dates, coffee, and many more available in the room and every where. Food is a sign of love, and there was a lot of love put into the hotel

For the staff of Six Senses, we are beyond thankful and we appreciate everything you have done. The hotel is beautiful and an amazing experience, but the hotel staff made the stay exceptional and magical

I spend one of best experiences ever from the arrival time 🕰️ till the departure the Team were welcoming and smiling every where as I met the Senior management Mr. Benjamin, Mr. Zaid and they were so welcoming, all the experience were out of the box E- quad bikes was amazing with Ahmed & Sand boarding was different with Ghada and Abdulaziz from Akun team .

Trainees were so professional I’m sure they had the right guidance from the management that’s why I made sure to note all Taghreed, Afkar, Rawabi, Yaqoub, Sulta, Many thanks wish all the best in your career.
