🇸🇦💚 Coral Villa with Sunset View - 77

🚤 Upon arrival at The Red Sea Airport, the hotel kindly arranged a seamless transfer by speedboat to Ummahat Island, which was a beautiful and memorable start to my stay.

🌴 The private swimming pool was fantastic, and the direct access to the ocean made for a unique and refreshing experience.

🌊 The villa itself was beautifully designed with an ocean-inspired theme, fully equipped, and prepared with great attention to detail.

💫 Evenings on the deck were magical, and stargazing under the clear night sky was truly one of my favorite moments.

🍽️ Dining options are understandably limited since it’s a private island, but the prices felt unexpectedly high. I would respectfully suggest that management reconsider the pricing, as guests have few alternatives and it doesn’t feel right to take advantage of that exclusivity.

🍳 Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the eggs Benedict, cheese manaqeesh, and a fresh bowl of fruit, all paired with tea and honey.

🇯🇵 The Japanese restaurant was a highlight. I tried the beef katsu curry and shrimp gyoza, both delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Aziz for his wonderful service.

🍖 The BBQ night was enjoyable. The grilled shrimp and Red Sea bass were especially good, while the chicken shish tawooq was just okay. Hummus was tasty, and the Um Ali dessert was a nice finish. Overall, the pricing felt quite high for the portion sizes.

👍 Butler service was exceptional. A heartfelt thank-you to Ms. Anisa for her warm hospitality and assistance throughout my stay.

💪 The gym was decent, offering a nice view and all the essentials for a quick workout.

🏄 Windsurfing was a fun challenge and definitely harder than it looks. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go coral snorkeling due to weather conditions, but it’s something I’d love to try next time.

📚 The library was quiet and peaceful, a great spot to unwind. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of hosting a viewing for the Saudi Arabia vs. Iraq World Cup qualifier.

👋 Checkout was smooth and well-organized, with a speedboat transfer back to the mainland and a car waiting to take me to the airport.

💡 Suggestions for Improvement: 1- One of the main reasons I chose this island was for the peace and connection with nature, to hear only the waves, birds, and crickets. Unfortunately, loud music from nearby beach restaurants often disturbed that tranquility. 2- I had trouble reaching the service or front desk on several occasions, as calls went unanswered and I didn’t receive any call-backs. 3- On my last night, my key stopped working, and since no one at the front desk responded, I had to call my butler late at night for assistance. That situation could have been avoided with more reliable front desk support. 4- It would be wonderful to see more nature-focused experiences, such as guided wildlife or marine-life observation activities, to make the most of the island’s...

A peaceful private island surrounded by the coast of the Red Sea with an amazing architecture. Apart from the main pool in the resort, there were individual pools attached to each private suite. The hotel captures magnificent Sunsets with two gorgeous views, thanks to another extremely helpful soul Reagan, who went out of the way to help us get the perfect Sunrise and the Sunset pictures.

Cleanliness & Safety • Round the clock staff who are responsible for this make sure that all areas of the hotel meet its quality of cleanliness, rooms are cleaned twice a day by default and if for any case the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, the staff will leave you be. • Special thanks to Taras who made us welcomed and cared while providing us a good history of the hotel and the St. Regis brand while recommending some cultural events to be participated during our stay.

Food • Had a continental buffet on both days with a good international spread, which was arranged in the main restaurant. • In room dining is possible and they would even go to the length of preparing meals that we request, that are not in the menu. • We had dinner from two restaurants, one was Gishiki 45 an authentic Japanese restaurant, which had extraordinary local seafood and sushi. The other was Tilina a restaurant that floats above the reef with an extraordinary Sunset view. We enjoyed one of the best Fine Dining that showcased the finest locally grown and international ingredients which was orchestrated into symphonies of textures and flavors.

Accommodation • If you are requesting for a Sea View room, the best rooms are the Sunset Coral Villas and the next best would be the Sunset Dune Villas which are right in the beach front with private access to your own beach. • All these villas were having modern equipment with Private Pool and direct access to the Red Sea.

Value for money: • Value for money was satisfying regarding all aspects of the hotel. However, if you are taking a package, we recommend obtaining a Half-board package.

Facilities • All rooms had a Dental Kit, Sanity Kit, toiletries, towels, bath robes and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee and Creamer are also placed in the villas and more could be requested if necessary with unlimited water supply. • Every room comes with a TV and Hot/Cold water for showers. Separate Bath Tub was placed outside the bathroom but within the washroom area. A safe keeping facility is also available to be used to keep your valuables safe. WIFI is also provided for every room and it is super-fast. • Hotel provides a buggy car service to get around facility faster with your private butler, where Reagan was more than that since he was an encyclopedia when it comes to the Red Sea Resort.

From the moment we landed, the experience was flawless. The transportation from the airport to the resort was seamless and truly luxurious. We were welcomed with electric Lucid and electric Mercedes cars, specially customized for the Red Sea Project. Even the details were thoughtful — from the comfort of the ride to the curated “Red Sea Wave” playlist, everything set the perfect mood for our trip. ||As soon as we entered the resort, we were amazed by its beauty, cleanliness, and luxury. The elegant furniture, the calming fragrance at the entrance, and the warm atmosphere made us feel instantly relaxed. We were greeted with fresh watermelon drinks, made with local Umluj watermelons — so refreshing and delicious . The staff welcome was on another level, so warm and genuine that we felt cared for from the very first moment. ||We were a group of six friends and stayed in both the Dune Villa and the Coral Over-Water Villa. Each had its own unique charm: the Dune Villa felt warm with direct beach access and a larger swimming pool — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The Over-Water Villa, on the other hand, offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, where you could step right off your deck and dive straight into the sea for an unforgettable experience😍.
