Man I LOVED THE SERVICE! Great communication the welcome desk was amazing! And even one lady waited for me to get back to my hotel safely because I was SOLO traveling and she was my TRANSLATOR to my driver. I felt so bad but everyone was welcoming and sweet! Service was great in the restaurant too! The rooms smelled good alot of fresh towels! One of the best sheratons and I been to over 50 countries and this one is a 5 star hotel!!! Rooms smelled good and the whole set up and lobby all smelled good. Security checks taxis and anyone dropping you off so they really made sure you was safe and checked trunks! We recently organized a team building event for our company employees, and the karting experience hosted at Four Points by Sheraton was nothing short of exceptional! From the warm welcome to the smooth coordination, everything was well managed.|The track setup was fun, fast and safe, allowing everyone to unleash their competitive spirit while still feeling secure. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated. Everyone from the shuttle drivers, the front desk staff, the restaurant staff and the house keepers went above and beyond each day. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I had a birthday during our stay. It was recognized by the many of the staff. This was a very pleasant surprise. I would like to especially recognize Djiwo at the front desk and Momodu front the restaurant. They were wonderful and very helpful,being this was our first trip to Senegal.
