Nanaay — Hotel in Arrondissement de Fimela

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Nanaay et avons été absolument ravis de cet hôtel qui nous fait sentir comme dans une famille. Non seulement l'emplacement est le meilleur de Palmarin, au bord de la mer et plein de végétation, mais l'hôtel dispose également de 2 piscines dont une magnifique piscine pour la nage face à la mer et une autre adjacente au bar.

Surtout, Robert, le gestionnaire de la propriété, est plein d'attention, ouvert aux commentaires et répond rapidement à toute demande. Ses conseils permettent de comprendre le contexte et de planifier les activités.

Victorine, la propriétaire, a également à cœur le service et veille à ce que chaque client soit satisfait du service et de la propriété.

Tous les employés sont sympathiques et attentionnés.

La propriété dispose également d'un restaurant et tout est savoureux. Les animaux présents donnent l'impression d'être à la maison.

Je donne un 10 à cette propriété et je ferai en sorte de revenir ici la prochaine fois que je serai à Palmarin, une magnifique commune, au milieu de la réserve naturelle communautaire, qui vaut le détour.

English We spent 2 weeks at Nanaay and were absolutely delighted with the hotel that feels like a family. Not only is the location the best there is in Palmarin right on the sea and full of vegetation but the hotel also has 2 pools including an amazing lap pool facing the sea for swimmers and another one adjacent to the bar.

Most of all, Robert, the property manager, is full of attention, open to feedback and responds quickly to any request. His advice helps to understand the context and plan activities.

Victorine, the owner, also has service at her heart and makes sure every guest is happy with the service and the property.

All of the workers are nice, give great service.

The property also has a restaurant and everything is tasty. The animals present make it seem like home.

I give this property a 10 and I will make sure to come back here the next time I'm in Palmarin, a magnificent Commune, in the middle of the Natural community reserve,...

Great location with two bar areas, one close to the beach the other by the pool, lots of birds, friendly cats and dogs about, even some pony’s, Victoria and Robere were friendly and helpful, Robere was able to help with booking onwards accommodation and taxis, the other staff were also warm and friendly. There are quite a few similar lodges in this area but nanaay has a family like atmosphere and lots of space.

Estuvimos allí alojados la semana pasada. Cuando llegamos descubrimos que la habitación no tenía ni agua ni electricidad. Después de mucho insistir nos dieron agua, pero no para el inodoro (finalmente después de volver a insistir nos dieron un cubo con agua). En cuanto al tema eléctrico, después de quejarnos, solo disponíamos de una bombilla y nos dijeron que por la tarde/noche encenderían un generador para que pudiésemos dormir con ventilador (sin él es prácticamente imposible hacerlo). Cuando nos fuimos a acostar, deseando que pasase la noche y acabase la pesadilla que suponía estar allí alojados, comprobamos que no han encendido el generador y por tanto seguimos sin electricidad. Volvemos a quejarnos y entonces, después de un buen rato, encienden el generador. En mala hora, el ruido era infernal y para colmo de males el ventilador estaba estropeado y no funcionaba. ||El hotel también oferta wifi pero lo que hace es compartir los datos móviles del teléfono de la dueña con los clientes por lo que sólo puedes "acceder" al wifi en el comedor y, si consigues llegar a conectarte, la conexión es tan mala que no te da ni para mandar un whatsApp.||Además descubrimos que había muchísimas hormigas y al poco supimos el motivo, alguien había estado comiendo melón y había dejado tiradas todas las pepitas en un rincón junto a la cama, y allí seguían. ||Se puede pensar que al menos el lugar merece la pena, a pie de playa, nada mas lejos de la realidad ya que la playa era un autentico vertedero.||En definitiva, no recomiendo a nadie que se...
