Exterior and interior around the reception look new. Rooms with wooden design. Bathroom clean. ||During my stay for 9 nights no housekeeping on Sunday. Since there were enough towels this is only minor. ||I was given a smoker room so you still notice the faint smell of old cold smoke.The hallway towards the rooms smells like a cigar lounge. ||They should have a non-smoking policy in common areas. ||Breakfast is minimal and low standard in the cold , socialist style dining room. Omelette only upon request. ||If the room is used for events breakfats moves to the winter garden. No fun in a serbian winter. Everything is cold including cups. So no hot steaming coffee. ||You are better of to get a decent breakfast at a surounding cafe or bakery. ||They have laundry service (same day service only during the week) but you have to pay cash. They don't put it on the hotel bill. Same for a taxi if you need airport shuttle to Belgrade (9000 Dinar). ||||Minor things, that can be improved to lift up the service quality of the hotel Right now not better then any eastern...

Every staff members were I encountered delightful & incredibly helpful to make you stay comfortable, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, neat & clean perfect for sound sleep 😴 🛌
