Disappointing Experience in the restaurant: Uncooked Meat and Unfair Charges

My recent visit to Miznah restaurant left much to be desired. Upon ordering food, my companions and I were shocked to find that in one of the dishes, the chicken was not only undercooked but also off. Naturally, we brought this to the attention of the staff, who kindly replaced the meat with potatoes, as per our request.

However, our disappointment didn't end there. Despite not consuming the meat dish due to its unsatisfactory state, we were surprised to find it still listed on our bill. We were charged for a meal we didn't even eat, adding insult to injury.

While the staff attempted to rectify the situation by providing us with potatoes instead, the fact that we were still charged for the original dish reflects poorly on the restaurant's customer service and attention to detail.

Overall, the experience left a sour taste in our mouths, figuratively and literally. It's disappointing to see such negligence in a restaurant that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. The hotel complex deserves 4 stars because of the ambience in which it is located (Zobnatica Stud Farm, with a kennel, Museum of Equestrian, park, mini fishing lake and more ..). Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, all in relaxed atmosphere. The staff is young but open, professional and friendly. However, the contain of the hotel building for winter period maybe is stars 4-, which there are not so much extra content for longer stay inside. Except correct mini spa but without a pool inside, there are no more inside offers to stay, as in caffiteria, bar or pub, mostly regarding winter period. Onestly it is not so necessary during summer, regarding nice outside activities (horse ride, fine terrace, park and nature enviroment.. My company of 15 adults recently welcomed the New Year Eve 2020 here and had a great party with nice dinner and live music. About cost: New year party, one overnight and breakfast package cost quite cheaper than the average such single evening New year party in Belgrade (cca 70e). My company had realy a great time here 2 days - 1HB overnight ... I absolutely recommend this hotels (including close hotel Kaštel under same company) . ...

Nice hotel. But a little bit expensive for it service. We used it on a trip back to home from Greece. Nice and cosy rooms. It looks like they have rooms only for 2. We were group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) and we got 2 double bed rooms. Also the breakfast was only for 4, because 4 year old was for free. For the breakfast the waiter ask as if we would like ham and eggs, bacon and eggs, or sweet breakfast - jam or honey with butter. For drinking was only available tea, turkish coffe, turkish coffe with milk or hot milk. No water, no juice...
