Laguna Guesthouse — Hotel in Bela Crkva Municipality

e checked in on the 6th of August and paid the full amount upon arriva,||before seeing our room. It was a tripple single bed room instead a double bed room.||We were told that was the only room available.||The room floor was dirty, the shower mouldy, the toilet was loose, shower door didn’t close. ||The next morning we were moved after we have complained.||We were then put in a double bed room, after someone just checked out.||We then left our luggage and left to spend the day outside.||When we got back it was 9pm, the room was clean but when we switched ||the air-conditioning on, water started leaking into the room, from the unit.||We went downstairs to get someone to fix it.||They tried and then told us, it’s not fixable and we need to stay off.||This is we decided to pack our luggage and leave. ||My husband went to reception, told them that the situation is unacceptable,||the room is unacceptable and asked for the money for one night back.||The receptionist called the owner and we were refunded for one night.||Host changed booking reservation on booking.com website to NO SHOW,||to prevent us from leaving unpleasant feedback. Location was okay. Very friendly host who helped us order Pizza!||But: We needed to leave early to catch the ferry so we asked for early breakfast at 7:30am. But nothing was ready. A weird lady made us coffee, offered juice. After some more waiting and asking for food we got some fried eggs.
